Not as good as it looks on the description
The accommodation was comfortable but in need of some renovation. The bedding and towels were very oldFashioned and not very luxurious. There was plenty of communal space and coffee facilities. Safe parking on premises. It is an annex of a larger hotel and facilities- breakfast and pool are quite a walk- again not clear from the advert.

The bathroom , shower head need to be more comfortable , do it by the wall, people can shower better. Not be sitting on the bathtub and hold the shower head to bath better.

I was charged 145 for the room. Someone came in off the street behind me and asked for a room for the night. He replied 94as I walked off! Asked someone the next morning 2 people also walking to the ferry and they paid 105! Profiteering!

Lovely hotel - off the central tourist area. Very spacious and clean. We are there in Jul so the refreshing pool is a big plus. Overall very good experience.

Beautiful setting, pleasant annex of a hotel.
Hotel Chantelier is an unmanned annex of the Manor hotel. I’m not sure I realised this from the description.
The advantage was the fact you can share the hotel pool. Also breakfast is available (extra €12) in the hotel.
The disadvantage was the annex was a bit soulless. It lacked atmosphere. I think I would have found it a bit scary if I was there alone.
Another disadvantage was that it smelt a bit musty.
It was however clean and simply but pleasingly decorated. There were toiletries and great ‘help yourself’ coffee and tea faculties. Parking was good and there was a secure store for bikes.
Rural setting was beautiful.

Accueillis adorablement, chambre douillette, serviette de bain et draps de bonne qualité, piscine très agréable et très bien conseillés pour dîner, un grand merci à la maîtresse des lieux, on s'est sentis comme à la maison. 😍💖💖💖

Wat een zalig verblijf. Een kleinschalig hotel met een uiterst warme en persoonlijke ontvangst. Het ontbijt was voldoende gevarieerd met meerdere soorten brood, pannenkoeken, cake, yoghurt, beleg, heel veel confituur en de mogelijkheid om zelf een eitje te bakken. De kamers zijn eerder klein, maar hebben een ruime douche, een zeer goed bed en een kast. Er is echter geen airco op de kamer. Verkoeling kan je wel zoeken bij het mooie en grote zwembad met heel veel comfortabele ligzetels. Al dan niet onder de parasol.
