Feedback for this room And for this location which i paid 425 euro/night ! - Bad smell in the room because of the mold in three places in bathroom and in the room, i have got 3 paper cups for three persons in 6 days as i stayed in that room , no mini-bar only an empty fridge, we didn't have any bottle of drinking water from the host, when I use hot water in the shower, i have to wait several minutes for the hot water to come!, at night it was cold in the room and I did not have the possibility to increase the temperature in the room, the bathroom has a jacuzzi but it cannot be used because it is under the slope of the roof and in addition the corner rods were unglued, the headboard in the picture fell on my head because it was not attached to the wall at all , cleaning servicies are mediocre , although I had half board I did not receive any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks at dinner - the exception being tap Water . conclusion! although the rate paid per night is for a 5 star hotel the location is not rated more than one star

Hotel bello e tutto rimodernato. Colazione abbondante e buona.cena buona ,. buffet alvario e prodotti di qualità.Gentilezza estrema di tutto lo staff. Le camere sono pulitissime . Hotel consigliatissimo , ottima posizione. Parcheggio comodo

E' il terzo anno che soggiorniamo in questo Hotel . Abbiamo avuto modo di riconfermare l'ottima gestione della struttura. I proprietari Matteo e Francesca attenti a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Ottima cucina. Apprezzato tutto il personale di sala attento e professionale. Da non sottovalutare anche la pulizia della camera e degli ambienti a disposizione della clientela.

Un'esperienza fantastica, quello che cercavamo in una vacanza l'abbiamo trovato, gentilezza, cordialità, ospitalità, relax, pulizia, ottimo cibo. Un particolare ringraziamento va ai titolari e a tutti i loro collaboratori, dal cuoco che ci ha deliziato con i suoi piatti, alle cameriere che hanno saputo servirci con cura e attenzione, alle donne delle pulizie che tutti i giorni hanno saputo riordinare la camera con cura e discrezione. Insomma dal primo all'ultimo minuto una vacanza SUPER....!!!! Non vedo l'ora che tornino altre vacanze per riprovare l'emozione vissuta. Grazie grazie grazie..... Per ultimo una piccolissima nota di poco conto: la poca privacy sul balcone tra una camera e l'altra , per il resto tutto 10 e lode.... Ancora grazie e, spero, arrivederci a presto .

Bravi! Ottimo posto, camere belle, cucina top! Molto attenti al senza glutine che non è da tutti. Francesca e Matteo veramente gentili. Da tenere presente quando in zona. Ubicazione perfetta. Non ho provato la sauna… ma tornero sicuramente………

L’hotel si presenta in buone condizioni, molto pulito e personale ben disponibile, si trova in un ottima posizione e una zona tranquilla. Cucina veramente buona complimenti allo chef, complimenti anche a tutto il personale ma soprattutto a Pavel perché veramente incredibile, uomo dalle mille risorse è un tutto fare!

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nella settimana di capodanno. La struttura è deliziosa, camera pulita e con un panorama incantevole. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, anche il mio piccolo di 1 anno ha gradito colazioni e cene. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Matteo, alla sua famiglia e al suo staff per averci coccolato e fatti sentire come a casa! Sofia, Dario e Giulio
