Very helpful staff that arranged according to our tricky food preferences. They really went the extra mile for splendid service. Super useful to have a transfer everyday between the hotel and the Belvedere lift. However i see room for improvements with your pillows :) Ciao!

Great experience! Me and my partner stayed at the hotel and everything was great. The half board option was very good and the dinner served was delicious. The restaurant is cute and traditionally decorated, the staff is very polite. The breakfast was rich and with many food options! Cakes were wonderful. Truly recommended.

Hotel carinissimo, con una posizione tranquilla ma non lontano dal centro di Canazei, curato nei dettagli, gestito da ragazzi giovani pieni di entusiasmo e competenza, capaci di trasmettere al cliente la sensazione di essere in un ambiente famigliare. Poi vogliamo parlare della cucina? Un cuoco eccellente con impiattamenti raffinati e sapori eccezionali, sia tradizionali che nuovi oltre a rivisitazioni ben riuscite. Tiziano, simpatico e sempre disponibile, ti permette, con il suo pulmino, di arrivare sulle piste con gli scarponi ai piedi.

Siamo appena tornati da una settimana trascorsa a Canazei presso l’Hotel Azola, per la prima volta in Val di Fassa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la gestione familiare, in particolare la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Aurora e Tiziano. Camere pulitissime, ristorazione ottima, centro benessere piccolo ma accogliente. Confidiamo di poter tornare già nella prossima estate.

Albergo a gestione familiare situato in una traversa della via principale di Canazei, dispone di un parcheggio per i clienti. Lo staff è davvero cortese e risponde immediatamente ad ogni richiesta dell’ospite. Le camere sono pulite, spaziose ed accoglienti, con il servizio cambio biancheria. Il terrazzo è da una vista magnifica. La colazione è a buffet ed è nella giusta misura fornita di tutto il necessario (e di più) dal dolce al salato! Le cene incluse nella mezza pensione sono molto curate, con 3 scelte per primi e 3 per i secondi + altrettanti dolci. A piedi si arriva in centro in 5 minuti. Consiglio questo albergo! Perché è andato tutto benissimo! Grazie Azola!

Sono stato a Canazei molte volte, mai avevo provato questo hotel. Per le ns.(siamo una coppia) esigenze e valutazioni dobbiamo riconoscere a questa struttura voti altissimi per: camere, cucina e rapporto con i clienti. Chapeau!!! Torneremo!! Nel frattempo lo consigliamo.

La cordialità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei titolari e di tutto il personale sono rare. La pulizia è impeccabile. La cuoca "di famiglia" è giovane ma davvero brava. Siamo soddisfatti e consigliamo questo hotel!!!

Ottima struttura a conduzione familiare, subito fuori dal centro del paese con parcheggio privato. Cucina semplice ma buona. Abbiamo alloggiato in una delle camere rinnovate. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Normative anti covid ben rispettate.
