Ubicación genial, a un paso del centro histórico. Habitación muy cómoda y bien decorada. Piscina muy agradable, aunque por la tarde está a la sombra. Buen aparcamiento exterior. Personal amable. A mejorar: el desayuno. El café es malísimo, imperdonable en Portugal y en un establecimiento de este nivel.

A fantastic hotel with the friendliest staff you could wish for. The suites are large, 60sqm, and whilst the loft suites are priced higher the standard suites are larger in floor plate so were my preference for a longer stay. The gym is a tad dated but apart from that every element of the hotel is 1st class. I cannot talk highly enough about this place.

August 2024, very warm summer day in Viseu. Hotel room also very hot due to airconditioning not working properly and only making a lot of noise. Informed the reception but no solution. Not the hotel room you are looking forward to sleep after a hot summer day.

The best charming experience this year. Tasty food , great rooms and beautiful garden with pool. All the staff answered to our needs and our friends loved. We enjoyed the dimension of the room, and the quality of the beds. I advise the 4th flloor.,, as for is where are the best rooms location with a great view. The best!

I really enjoyed my stay in pousada de Viseu. Everything was perfect : First you fill the vibes of this wonderful historical building The room are very clean and confortable Food is amazing and the professionals have been nice and helpful each time I asked for something.
