The perfect place to relax. It's an extremely clean, quiet hotel, the swimming pool is an asset for the colder days, the pool hours for children may be a less pleasant point, but for those travelling without children it's perfect. The breakfast is very good, the Tertúlia restaurant serves delicious meals, as does the Bistro. Everything is perfect. I recommend the spa, Turkish bath (shame there's no eucalyptus smell in an area with so much vegetation, they could have taken that into account), and the sauna. The massages are marvellous. The most important thing I want to emphasise is the hotel staff. Attentive, careful, always with a smile. We felt at home! Thank you all, you stay in my heart!

All team is amazing. Really good experience with family or in couple. 5* experience. Breakfast with high quality and local products. Good restaurants near the hotel. TERTULIA restaurant is an excelent option for dinner. Everything well designed and focused on the customer.

We would like to thank all the members of the staff (all without exception) for their friendliness, education and incredible kindness, as they help to provide a memorable stay. It is a “baby” hotel that has just opened, and like any growth there are small details (which are not even important to highlight) that need to be improved, but they are part of the process and do not affect (at all) the stay. The rooms are of good quality and comfort, everything is very well structured... and the swimming pool... well... it has a wonderful view over the mountains.

Hotel tranquilo , boa decoração e staff simpático e prestável. Quartos higienizados , confortáveis e sossegados. O restaurante do hotel não experimentei porque já estava cheio mas sugeriram um bom restaurante nas redondezas. Pequeno almoço com bastante qualidade e variedade. O spa acho que a piscina poderia ser um pouco mais profunda , água à uma temperatura agradável e no qual tem aceso a um piscina exterior.

Hotel moderno muito bem decorado, quarto muito limpo e confortável, pequeno almoço muito bom, piscina Infinity aquecida com vista para a serra, no geral gostei muito da estadia neste hotel, staff bastante simpático!! Relação qualidade/preço muito bom!!

Apesar de novo, já se sente a falta de manutenção, algumas falhas para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Áreas comuns desconexas e sem sentido, restaurante ao fim de escadas de acesso, funcionários a repor alimentos do pequeno almoço, utilizando corredor de acesso dos hóspedes. Quarto simpático mas inestético com bacia dentro do quarto, varanda do quarto com muito pouca limpeza. Cama, almofada e lençóis de excelente qualidade. Produtos frios ao pequeno almoço sem a respectiva zona de frios, exemplo iogurtes quentes. Entrada do hotel suja e sem manutenção
