Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We booked three upper deluxe room. Showed up and was told rooms were sold out. The receptionist had to go make several phone calls to management who was not on site. Hotel tried to make us pay extra for one room upgrade while downgrading the other two rooms. They comped us by giving us “breakfast” even though our booking included breakfast. Breakfast was very limited. My daughter ended up having a stomach ache afterwards. Only one working elevator. The lights in the stairways were not well lit making it dangerous at night to use. The AC did not function. Bugs crawling in the rooms. Bathrooms were moldy with low water pressure for showers. Parking advertised as free but ended up costing us money. Fortunately, we booked only one night. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Try a 1 star motel. Take your money elsewhere and do not book here.

Great location with easy walk to all the key places. Clean and tidy with friendly and efficient staff. The decor is old and tired but you have to say that it is reflected in the price. Everything worked and the linen and towels were good. AC and WiFi were old fashioned but effective

I booked this through ******* for a next day stay for 3 nights by mistake and put a cancellation in within 2 minutes.
******* said they couldn't get hold of the hotel and it would take 72hrs to reply.. i recived a reply in over 72hrs to tell me that they wouldn't exept and refund my cancellation.

The hotel is not what you expect. All photos and reviews are from 3 years ago now. Now the rooms are dirty, the toilet mouldy, the sheets have hairs and bugs. The reception is i efficient and not kind. It's a place that, after covid, now seems abandoned. Not recommended.

Unthinkable to be 3 stars!. Rooms overlooking a corridor, dirty and stained carpet, hole in the wall, worn parquet, bathroom ceiling blackened with mold, staff not understanding English, elevator broken, in short, hotel to avoid!

Well located, this is the only advantage of this dirty (room and restaurant linen), noisy hotel. Very shabby and poorly equipped room. The lamp sockets do not match those on the wall. The bedding is poor. The window curtain actually hid a service corridor and elevator (how ventilated is the room?). The bath mat was so filthy, I took a towel instead. The linen was grayish and threadbare. No soundproofing: Chinese people shouted and moved around loudly until late and early in the morning: I had to sleep 3 hours. Breakfast is poor, with very little choice and not restocked at 7:30 a.m., even though it finishes at 9:30 a.m. There are very few places to settle down. We were a group of 11 people and everyone made the same observation. We couldn't wait to leave! Luckily it was only for one night.
