At first was a little disappointed as room looked a bit tired and was fairly basic. Missed having a kettle etc. BUT as time went by, this nice little hotel just gets better and better. The beds were really comfy. Lovely and soft. The reception/bar area was bright and open and always smells divine. Don’t know what they use but it’s so lovely. We discussed changing to room to one with a terrace and reception were really helpful. We decided to keep our room 317 as we had morning sunshine (orientation meant pool area not sunny until about 2pm this late in the year) and we had ring side view of the Beer and Craft festival on 27 & 28th Sept and marina. Never missed our kettle as we had afternoon tea every day looking out over the beach and it was so cheap. Two tier breakfast with ours at 9 - 10:30 which totally suited us. Staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. I can honestly say what started out as I’m not sure about this had changed to I’m so glad I booked this by the end of the week. A little gem well worth the money. If the rooms were updated, you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere better for the money. And the location is spot on too. If you want 4 star luxury, it’s not for you but if your happy with a tidy little, well run hotel that’s reasonable and well located for beach and bars etc you can’t go wrong. Still can’t get over how gorgeous it smelt!

Great experince over all. The staff, the food, everything was fabolous. Rooms are clean. The crew in the restaurant are sooooo nice. The beach which is right infront of the hotel offers a lot of possibilities to eat, fun are shopping. The high floor rooms gives you a very good view. On the last morning we can get breakfast at 6am. 1 hour before opening. Thank you for the guys

This hotel is amazing! Right beside the beautiful sandy beach and clear blue sea. Our shuttle had us arriving @ 1.30am and departing @ 2.30am and yet the gentleman on reception was so pleasant and helpful and we were even given continental breakfast when leaving. The hotel is right beside the beach, amazing views from the bedroom balcony. The buffet breakfast is amazing, so much choice, hot or cold, fruit, salads, various teas, breads, healthy drinks, honey,cheeses and there is a chef in view cooking fresh eggs and omelettes There is a gym on the lower floor beside the toilets. The lounge is big with a bar, gift section, TV and pool table and it leads to another smaller lounge overlooking the sea. The windows slide fully open to let the warm sea breeze in while you enjoy a drink and breath taking views There is a private pool area at the side of the hotel with a large and small pool, sun loungers and jacuzzi I really recommend this hotel, the location and the staff are so lovely.

The first two days were overcast but the bar area was so nice with the sofas and we still had a great time. Great experience at this great hotel. Excellent location and the staff was amazing. Many thanks to the technician who fixed our air con and also to Gina and Fran.

Lovely clean hotel,rooms basic but very clean.resturant,food and staff very good,location beach great views and marina and shops were great.goung back july for 2nd visit and taking our other halves to enjoy our experience for themselves.

Amazing hotel! Writing my review as am still here well deserved ! From start to finish it’s been amazing! Arrived at 3am in the morning greeted by a lovely man on the desk he then bought us to restaurant in the hotel and got us plates of food and drinks Like honestly was so nice! Never been to a hotel that takes care of there guests so much! - Pool area : is just facen by hotel it’s lovely, lots of sun lounges and pool is nice my little girl loved the baby pool, - FOOD : we went half board breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from and tea was really nice can’t fault it , gotta say a shout out to I think he’s called Pepe the man who working in the restaurant OMG such a lovely man he’s a asset to the hotel . - STAFF : were so nice always helping and asking if your ok, - AREA : PERFECT! So many shops , restaurants, beach is on door step Room CLEANERS : cleaned rooms daily , really nice and friendly I think this hotel deserves more stars ! Will definitely be returning to this hotel again , :) :) :) :)
