JS Yate

There was a lot to like about this hotel. Our room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Fridge in the room but no kettle and sometimes I’d have loved a cup of tea! Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. The pool was excellent - freezing in April but what can you do?! The beach is nearby and is clean and gently sloping - felt very safe. Lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Food in the hotel was tasty and plentiful. As a vegan there’s normally not a lot of choice but here it was possible to eat pretty well, and stuff was labelled in most cases. We were half board and I expected to get stung a bit on drinks prices but the bar prices were very reasonable, as was the lunch time food menu. All in all, an excellent hotel and location. Would I stay again? A definite yes.

Fantastic holiday. Arrived about about 2am on the Saturday morning. Great welcome, and spread laid out so we could get something to eat. From then on perfect, all staff friendly, whole hotel very clean. Alot of Germans in the hotel, which we couldn't speak a word of but still managed to communicate with everyone. Got chatting to so many people socially had an amazing time. Met people from not too far from us at home and am sure we will be meeting up again soon. Food was fantastic. So much choice, don't think anyone could be disappointed. Drinks not over priced, as I thought they maybe with no competition in the evening if staying in the hotel, and again great friendly service from the bar staff. Pool was open, but cold, weather was a bit temperamental as it only April so weren't expecting temperatures to be very high. Evening entertainment was every other night, and was good, even though never started on time. Sure in main season will be more often. Got everyone into a fun mood, and lots of laughs had. Whilst here did some trips to Port D' Acudia, Acudia old town, island tour, and have had the most fantastic time away. Local area was beautiful, lots of lovely restaurants and souvenir shops. Had a later flight home, but were able to put luggage in a locked room so could still enjoy the last day. Thankyou JS Yate, will definitely return x

Lovely hotel and staff, food good, great location, beds very comfortable, nice soft pillows, spa free to use (big plus), no rush for sun lounges, large clean pool. Would recommend, we had a great 10 night stay here. Thank you JS Yate. Pamela Smethurst 😀 XX

Fantastic! An excellent stay. Spacious room, fantastic buffet and super well located. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff very friendly and happy all time. t's the second time I've stayed here and would definitely go back. Great for families with children. pool and very nice.

We stayed here the last two weeks of June, the hotel is a very good standard, the rooms are adequate and everything works as it should! The staff are a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble, and they have a very high standard. The food was amazing. It was plentiful, well cooked and somebody goes to great lengths to put on a good spread, we ate incredibly well & only really ate at the hotel, we went on trips the hotel recommended & enjoyed every second, the market on a Friday was a great morning, the beach although on the small side was nice, we walked further along & had more space, we found around the pool at the hotel small & appreciated they regulate opening & closing of the pool, this way they don’t have chairs taken before you have even woken up! The restaurant & staff are the shinning stars at this Hotel & we are longing to return although we only just left! Housekeeping also deserve a mention, 10/10 The location is fabulous, we felt safe & relaxed the whole time. #takemeback🙏🏼

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Clean pool area. Sun chairs got occupied quite fast, a few more would be helpful. Meals were tasty, but options a bit limited. The extra dinner the arrival night and the early breakfast on the departure date were services that we liked

As soon as you walk into the hotel, it smells amazing. It's very clean in all the vicinities and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I ended up going on my own due to my friend getting poorly and the staff were very helpful. It was my birthday whilst I was there and I got back to my room to find a lovely note and bottle of Cava. I'd definitely go back maybe when the season is busier. The hotel was only a few mins to the beach and shops, great location.

I am writing this review because my 11 year old son keeps asking me to. We recently stayed here for 5 nights and really liked our stay. There wasn't many English speaking people staying while we stayed however we loved the hotel. It was just me and my son traveling and we found all staff polite, helpful and pleasant. The room was nice and a pleasure to come back to after being out exploring all day. We really enjoyed the food and found a wide variety and there was always a vegetarian selection for myself. All staff were trying to make us feel welcome even the gentleman on the bar when he was busy would still go out his way to help you. Entertainment in the bar area was different every night and it was nice just to sit and enjoy it in the evening. My only moan was no kettle I need morning coffee before I can face people. Even though the pool was cold my son got a lot of fun in it and I even joined him to cool down. Overall definitely worth visiting and I would highly recommend. All staff here helped us have an amazing holiday. My son wants me put he was so sad to leave because it was such a nice hotel. Forgot to add good location if you want to be near beach as it's just a very short walk away.
