JS Yate

Really nice modern hotel ,2mins from the beach ,next to shops. Staff friendly,food , decent. Was there first week in April ,room cold and the balcony shadowed ,still early on in the season so could be that , Lunch menu good ,but inconsistent with the food as in couple of items came out cold ,prices good ,best milkshakes . Would definitely recommend .

Had a wonderful week here , everything was lovely . Great staff all around ,very friendly and helpful . Loved my room ,I was on 1st floor facing the street ,another hotel opposite I could see their pool . Bed was great and pillows ,shower so good . Big wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes and shelf underneath . The hotel is kept very clean ,the staff work tirelessly to clean the rooms etc to a high standard . Food for breakfast and dinner is very varied with lots of choice . I enjoyed my meals always . The hospitality staff go above and beyond to make the atmosphere very welcoming ,the waiting staff keep on top of everything very well . Am very happy with my stay at JS Yate and would definitely return and recommend . The only negative thing I can say is that the people in the room above me were very very noisy late at night ,scraping furniture ,stomping on the floor ,I was in room 109 ,I should have complained really ,no fault of the hotel at all just inconsiderate people . If I returned I would want to be on a high floor . Thankyou JS Yate for a great holiday

We have just returned from this wonderful hotel, it was recommended by our daughter who was here in May, we booked last minute as we had a week off. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. The room was very nice room 101, Housekeeping would service the room every day if needed. The balcony was great with sunbeds and tables and chairs, a real suntrap! 2 points, the pillows not great to be honest I guess I could have asked them to be changed but didn't so my fault! Second issue , is the shower, every time we used it the floor became very wet which was a little slippery we ended up with water on the floor around the toilet may I suggest a mat of some sort. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic and a great choice was offered, The staff in the restaurant were very attentive . The pool area is very nice, a lovely pool and Spa., which we used many times. Bar food at lunchtime was a little bit lacking we sent back food on 2 occasions, meat undercooked and choice was not replicated as per description on menus, was dealt with in a very professional manner. We were being picked up at 3.30 in morning but hotel provided coffee and a sandwich for us which was perfect many thanks. I would highly recommend and return again to this lovely hotel Thank you for a lovely stay your staff are a reflection of how brilliant it is to stay.

What a wonderful hotel. We've stayed here many times and we are always happy with everything The staff are brilliant. The food is always delicious. Both breakfast and dinner are always a delight. The rooms are beautifully laid out with really comfy beds and pillows. We have recommended this hotel to many people and we look forward to staying here again.
