We have just returned from this wonderful hotel, it was recommended by our daughter who was here in May, we booked last minute as we had a week off. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. The room was very nice room 101, Housekeeping would service the room every day if needed. The balcony was great with sunbeds and tables and chairs, a real suntrap! 2 points, the pillows not great to be honest I guess I could have asked them to be changed but didn't so my fault! Second issue , is the shower, every time we used it the floor became very wet which was a little slippery we ended up with water on the floor around the toilet may I suggest a mat of some sort. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic and a great choice was offered, The staff in the restaurant were very attentive . The pool area is very nice, a lovely pool and Spa., which we used many times. Bar food at lunchtime was a little bit lacking we sent back food on 2 occasions, meat undercooked and choice was not replicated as per description on menus, was dealt with in a very professional manner. We were being picked up at 3.30 in morning but hotel provided coffee and a sandwich for us which was perfect many thanks. I would highly recommend and return again to this lovely hotel Thank you for a lovely stay your staff are a reflection of how brilliant it is to stay.

Stayed here early April 2025 on 4th Floor (booked high floor room). I chose it as like the JS Hotels having stayed in multiple other JS Hotels. This one was the only one open in early April in Can Picafort. Visited mainly for cycling, and found it to be a perfect base for this, there is a secure bike storage facility on site. Hotel reception were super friendly and helpful. On my trip it was quite busy, mostly German guests, which gave me good reason to practice my German :-) The Room and Hotel was super clean. Hotel is close to the beach, and within walking distance of Muro beach, bus stop is a few minutes walk away with frequent buses to Alcudia (number 324) Hotel room nice, clean, quiet, very comfy beds and pillows, food choice and quality also good with enough variety. Mealtimes could get very busy, would recommend going early. My room overlooking pool didn't get the sun on the balcony but that was not an issue as I am not a sunbather. Room was serviced early each day. Spa Facilities including Sauna and Jacuzzi also good although couldn't get the steam room to work/didn't see anyone else using it. Overall I definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone visiting Can Picafort and would certainly stay here again

PRO: Excellent location, food choices for breakfast and diner. Also very clean and nice staff at the restaurant. CON: 1. Rooms I have booked were not the same as in the pictures. I have booked the top ones (2 rooms) as Superior Top Floor with Terrasse, on the site they had a nice terrase with super nice sea view, I have paid for that. Instead I have received 2 lateral rooms with a small balcony, from one (509) there was a small partial view of sea while from the other there was none as it was also hidden by wall (505). Indeed, this second room I received after complaining that initial room assigned (510) was very very small with a small bed (i suppose single). They need to change their categories of the rooms. 2. For the amount paid and supposed to be the top rooms, there was no coffee machine in the room. All you had was some Nescafe and some tea with boiling water utilities. Even those ones were not refilled and when asked the answer was that this is just for arrival ??!!! So I have to go to supermarket to buy Nescaffee and sugar as i can boil water in the room to prepare my coffee -＞ beach is close and I chosed to take my good coffee there at one of the bars (also the coffee at their breakfast coffee machines is horible). 3. For a beach hotel a drinking water fontaine would had been appreciated, while 3.1€ for half liter is quite much Long story short, hotel is nice with nice staff, good location, clean, very good restaurant. While for improvements: - room categorization to get what you pay not ,,similar from the same category'' - coffee machine in the top rated rooms - quality of coffee at breakfast - missing drinking water fontaine

A nice hotel which is kept very clean. Quite a few niggles, such as the fridge not working when I arrived (and when that was sorted it was still like warm), bicycles not available to hire as advertised on the website, and the ridiculous requirement to pay a €10 deposit *in cash* to borrow a towel for the pool (they wouldn't accept a credit card). Breakfast was good, especially the freshly-cooked pancakes. I didn't eat in the hotel in the evening as the food on offer for dinner didn't look too enticing. Sound-proofing could have been better - I was kept awake late or woken early on a couple of occasions. The small gym was well equipped and the pool was nice, although people tended to hog the sun loungers. Location is great - easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach and the bus stop, with direct buses to Alcùdia, Palma and the airport. There's a handy Aldi up the road and quite a good pizzeria on the same street and a nice "artisan" ice cream shop just round the corner. It's a bit over an hour from the airport. Better attention to detail would have gained a more positive review.
