Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town.
I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

It's right opposite the beach. It's hard to find a parking space when checking in during the day. The hotel has its own independent parking space, but it's only 10 euros a night. I don't recommend it because there are a lot of parking spaces at night. You can check in in the afternoon and go to Palma city center to play and eat. , there are a lot of parking spaces at the door when you come back in the evening. Find one close to the hotel. The hotel service and breakfast are good in all aspects.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is very clean. The meals are good, there is something for every taste. The drink selection is very large. I recommend to everyone. We were very satisfied. Good luck.

We had a fabulous holiday at the Tonga Towers. The entertainment was some of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The dancing was absolutely superb and the kids clubs had so much for the kids to do. A few cons. The room was too small and the pull out bed was not fit for purpose. There isn’t a proper door for the bathroom. No mirror where the dressing table is placed. No kettle and you had to pay for the lock to the safe. The restaurant manager was one of the rudest people I’ve had the misfortune to meet along with one of his staff. He is in the wrong job. However we did not let those things ruin our time there and I would go back again but with the guarantee of a better room.

Tonga Towers is a great all-inclusive resort in Can Picafort. It's in the centre of town just across the road from the shops, and the beach is barely a 5 minute walk away. Positives: Indoor lounge/bar area for the evenings Children's evening entertainment is not obtrusive and finishes at 21:30 The wristbands unlock the bedroom door so no having to remember a room key Very clean Comfy beds Large bathrooms with bath and separate shower Chocolates on the pillows on arrival The pool-side snack bar open from lunch time onwards The food is lovely albeit quite samey Really friendly, solicitous staff who can't do enough for you The outdoor daytime music is a good volume - not too loud or quiet Lovely swimming pools for the children The Sky Bar - excellent experience The views from the Sky Bar The hot tub sunk into the Sky Bar Evening entertainment for adults is fun and varied Negatives: Really noisy showers - you'll hear all your neighbours! Not many variations on theme night in the restaurant - no Indian, Greek, Turkish, Chinese etc. The restaurant feels a bit cramped, but that's to be expected in a hotel which is a tower block and therefore has a small footprint, as everyone is concentrated in one space If you have small children, prams, buggies, wheelchairs etc, and find yourself on one of the top floors, you will get sick of having to wait for the lifts every time you want to enter or leave your room.

We visited Tonga Towers on a family holiday and the first for our 4 year old abroad. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was sublime, so much choice and some dishes did alternate and change so it was the same every day. Be prepared to wait for a table if you go at a busy time. They have a smiley/sad face image next to the restaurant entrance so you can see when the peak busiest times are and when to go when it would be a little quieter. The 2 drink rule is understandable so if you want more alcoholic drinks prepare most of you to go to the bar! We would definitely visit again!
