All the staff are super helpful and kind, even when my Spanish is... not the Best. The activities put on throughout the week were so entertaining especially the karaoke which got everyone dancing. The rooms are spotless and I really can't find anything to compalin about, the mini fridge in particular is a very useful addition. The Spa is perfect and the view in the morning is gorgeous

Brilliant hotel stay. Went as a triathlon group. The entertainment was fantastic especially Shakira and Augustine for games and karaoke! Spa and pool a brilliant way to relax and recoup from cycling miles. Food a great spread every time. Would reccomended :)

Shakira was amazing, we bonded so much over our love for the Netherlands, especially vlardingham, I’m sorry I spelt it wrong. The karaoke was amazing especially Augustine with his Spanish song. The masseuse was amazing she really got my aches and pains all rubbed out. Cycling in Mallorca was great and will definitely be recommending to everyone I know and especially staying at this hotel

My partner and I came with our friends, and we've had a fantastic time. The food has been spectacular, all of the staff seem very attentive about food safety and hygiene, especially with cross contamination as our groups has specific dietary needs! The rooms have been immaculate, and all the staff are lovely and genuinely happy to see you. The spa facilities are also beautiful and so relaxing, they are available to all guests staying at the hotel. I have to give a special shout-out to Jose and Sergio on the evening bar for always making us laugh, and for sorting out the NFL for us on the Sunday! We also really appreciated the location of the hotel which is much quieter than many of the other hotels in C'An Picafort, but still within walking distance two gorgeous beaches, the Necropolis and of the main stretch if you wanted to venture out The whole stay has been amazing, thank you so much!

I had a fantastic experience at the Hotel and Spa Ferrer Janeiro, the hotel is clean and modern. In particular the animation team made our trip very memorable dedicating their evenings to bring joy to the group with activities such as Karaoke and Petanque. Special mention to Shakira and Augustine for their enthusiasm and fun to our triathlon camp and this has definitely left a lasting impression! I will definitely be returning in the future :)

Lovely hotel and great staff who put fun activities on throughout the day and into the night which are great on rest days. For example, Agustin played pétanque with us and it was so fun, perhaps he will win after a bit more practice this season!!!

Lovely hotel, very clean, great food even for a fussy vegetarian like me! Every single member of staff were so happy and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Took my dad here for his 75th birthday and he’s a wheelchair user and the hotel was perfectly set up for less mobile/disabled people. Pool was a bit cold for us but the spa was lovely. To have all you get in the spa for free was incredible. Few shops in the immediate area and the beach about 1 minute away is lovely with a water wheelchair and crutches and extremely helpful and friendly lifeguards. Nice walk along the waterfront promenade takes you to the main beach of Can Picafort. Lovely hotel and the staff helped make it an amazing holiday
