All the staff are super helpful and kind, even when my Spanish is... not the Best. The activities put on throughout the week were so entertaining especially the karaoke which got everyone dancing. The rooms are spotless and I really can't find anything to compalin about, the mini fridge in particular is a very useful addition. The Spa is perfect and the view in the morning is gorgeous

Brilliant hotel stay. Went as a triathlon group. The entertainment was fantastic especially Shakira and Augustine for games and karaoke! Spa and pool a brilliant way to relax and recoup from cycling miles. Food a great spread every time. Would reccomended :)

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff and a restaurant that catered for all tastes. The location was good the hotel was well kept and our room was really clean and fresh. The evening live entertainment was really good as were the entertainment team

This is an amazing hotel. Clean, efficient, helpful staff throughout. The restaurant Manager Faisal has very good customer skills and smiles and greets all the guests going in to eat. We arrived late in the evening on our first night and Faisal had food prepared for us and gave us a warm welcome. Gold band with disc to access your room and to indicate that you are all inclusive. Good choice of drinks. Both red and white Mallorca wine excellent, and really good cocktails. I only gave 4 stars as the nightly entertainment is overall quite poor. During our week the best act was the Freddie Mercury tribute. The animation team seemed to spend a lot of time during the day rehearsing dance routines, but the guests never experienced any kind of entertainment from them! Spa and pools very good. Sunday market in Alcudia worth a visit, easy on the bus. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Unbelieveably nice personel. Great food. Comfortable sauna/spa. Higher then expected level of gym. Super vacation. We were not even sorry for the rainy weather. Beach is small and we did not explore other places, but could be great even in July while there is more people

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Excellent staff and food . All inclusive drinks are limited unless you upgrade to Gold . Location is a little away from the centre, but walkable. Carlos and the animation team are engaging with nightly entertainment. Thank you

Brilliant stay at this hotel. Rooms spotless, food varied and good quality. Great semi olympic pool and spa. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Carlos very friendly and helpful a pleasure to meet. Also Shakira who couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely return here.

The restaurant is very good, personel is really nice, helpful. Teamacttiv is amazing, give us a lots of enterteinment - especially Nikola and Carlos, amazing People. Spa was amazing too and we live the food in the restaurant. Amazing experience
