A sea view balcony is a must! Only advice, request a room 2nd to 4th floor as the restaurant is directly at the front of the hotel and it can get noisey at night. The higher up you are the less noise there will be. I felt very safe and comfortable here as a solo traveller and the staff were very lovely. The hotel was a quiet place which was perfect for relaxing.

Had an amazing stay at Ferrer Concord where we stayed for a week all inclusive. The location of the hotel is towards one end of the town, in a quiet area away from the main busy part of town. A few nearby shops and walkable along the promenade to go into the main tourist area. We stayed in room 409, which while it was compact, was spotlessly clean , very comfortable and an amazing view from the balcony. The all inclusive food & drink options were generally very good, there was only 3 or 4 occasions when the choice of food was not to our personal tastes but we still were able to choose something to eat. The 24 hour snack bar could be better, and also for the food to be stored differently to offer some protection against flies etc. Lots of sunbed availability, and the outside areas well looked after and very clean. The staff were excellent when one of our party were taken unwell and helped make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely visit again.

Nice Hotel, but a good walk away from bus stops and main resort of Can Picafort. Beautiful views of the sea, if you can afford it get a sea view room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, lunch at the sister hotel very good. Dinner in Ferrer Concord not brilliant.

So this hotel is quite nice. I would stay again. The room, although compact is pleasant. The pool is small but always seems to be empty. The gym is good. Breakfast is good too (although it is bloody warm in there). But there are some things that make this stand out to not be four stars. 1. You have to pay €3 a day to use your in-room safe! You have to get your room card enabled to use it. 2. Your beach or pool towel is €10 deposit. You get one: per stay. If you want a clean one that’s €1 each time. 3. The pool hasn’t been cleaned of leaves or bugs. 4. The poolside isn’t swept. Yet the life guard sits or stands around all day doing nothing. Literally all day. She could be picking the bugs out the pool and sweeping the debris from round the loungers. That’s all. I like it, the location is good, by the beach, a couple of bars and restaurants close by. The main centre of Can Picafort is about 15-18 min walk along the promenade. So it’s nice and quiet. We are only b&b guests so I can’t comment on the snack bar or evenings meals, I’d rather explore and eat out on my hols.

We've had a tough time lately and decided on a last minute break to Ferrer Concord and it certainly perked us up. Lovely hotel - although we would have liked a quiet and not so bright area for drinks after dinner. The room and bed were great and the staff were amazing - so friendly and kind. The food was very enjoyable lots of variety and very tasty. A seaview room is essential as actual location is not very inspiring but the beach is lovely and very close.

I stayed in a double room for single occcupancy for two weeks. My room was super clean and comfortable with a fabulous view of the sea. The food was amazing and the dining room staff were just lovely. Neibes, Esther and Imnoah and waiters Jesus and Tacu welcomed me like family. The reception staff were so helpful particularly Sylvia. The sister hotel just opposite is where the Spa is and the entertainment happens. My only slightly negative point would be the lack of handrails in the bath which makes getting a shower tricky Otherwise what an absolute dream and what a team of happy staff.

I was with a group of friends on a cycling holiday in Mallorca and we spent 11 nights in the Ferrer Concord Hotel & Spa - it was a memorable experience for all the right reasons. From the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the staff and the elegance of the foyer were impressive. The bedroom and appointments were superb, and the bed was extremely comfortable - welcome after a day cycling. None of the above prepared me for the magnificent buffets at breakfast and dinner (and lunch in the Ferrer Janeiro Hotel). The variety of food and the tasteful way everything was displayed made for a gourmet experience. Nothing was a problem for the dining room staff who were friendly and cheerful and made our stay very enjoyable. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive. We plan to return next year for "more of the same"! Well done to all concerned.

I organised a group of 13 cyclists for a return visit to the Ferrer Concord Hotel. It worked out just as good as last year and with a few slight improvements. The all-in options is really great for groups, as there are no food or drinks bills to sort out. The quality and variety of the food and drinks included was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel location is superb with beautiful sea views and direct access to the beach.

Spectacular hotel. Superb beach side location. Spotlessly clean. Food was truly amazing. Staff show a refreshing unobtrusive efficiency, a welcome change from the overly fussy service often experienced in 5 star hotels. We’ll return!
