Such a fantastic hotel lovely staff, great food and drinks. Service is excellent and the staff are so friendly. Really enjoyed my time there.

Everything was great. And the most important: very friendly people working absolutely professional in the hotel. Marvellous cooking in the restaurant!

We booked this hotel on the premise of the description on line. it did not mention that the photo shows the pool and hotel but not that behind the camera is a very busy noisy main road, the main bus route with buses every few minutes. It also did not mention the eight steps down then across a road the twelve steps up to the swimming pool and the only open bar. This hotel was shown as all inclusive but was certainly not as most drinks were charged a supplement, there was no snack bar and lunch was barely a token effort. The staff were very accommodating but restricted by the company rules ( TUI )

Not all inclusive or 4 star. Steps to and from bar and pool not mentioned in booking information. Only 1 bar open although says there are 2. Clean and nice staff but mis-sold.

Bed for me to hard but husband liked it. Pool to clise to busy road the traffic noise and smell was to much. Entertainment on 4 nights a week for 90mins only. Usualy a singer. No daytime fun. Towels on the chairs round pool from early morning. Staff dont removed them even after pointing out that they had not been used in over 2hrs. Food was ok in week one but was repeated on week two. Rooms cleaned when requested which was great. Free pool towels . Indoor bar not opened once . The only way to get sea view is to request top floor facing sea. Did request to change room but was told fully booked.

My wife and I spent seven nights at Grupotel Montecarlo in Can Picafort, Mallorca, in June 2025. While it’s not a luxury resort, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean, with daily, meticulous housekeeping. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was absolutely quiet – no noise disturbance at all. Although the hotel advertises sea views, it's a bit of a stretch, as the beach is about a 15-minute walk away. On the other hand, the central location in town is very convenient, with shops and services nearby. The food was absolutely excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, varied, and delicious – changing daily, offering a mix of classic European dishes, pasta, pizza, local cuisine, bread, cheeses, and cold cuts. Lunch was simpler but still very good. Most of the staff were kind, helpful, and smiling, with the exception of one older bartender who was a bit grumpy – not a big issue, just worth mentioning. We used the outdoor pool with the pool bar (located across the street – small but adequate) and the indoor pool. Sauna and gym were available, though we didn’t use them. Every evening, there was live music by the pool bar, which added a nice touch. Any downsides? Just small things – for example, you can’t get a regular iced coffee at the pool bar, only a version with ice cream and whipped cream for an extra charge, outside the all-inclusive package. Also, you have to order drinks from a waiter during meals; I would have preferred self-service. The pool bar snack selection could be more extensive. Overall, this was one of the best all-inclusive stays we’ve experienced. I definitely recommend this hotel to couples, especially older ones, looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway. It’s not particularly suited for families with small children. For the price, the level of care and quality of food you receive is outstanding.
