Nice relaxing week (shame it rained for 2 days not hotels fault!). 20 mins walk along lovely coastline into main resort (if you like supermarkets and restaurants). The hotel water is not drinkable and upon arriving at 2am there was nowhere to get any. Please leave a bottle of water in the room for late night arrivals or at least put a vending machine in your lobby. You can't buy bottled water in this hotel (only in a glass from the bar) so you have to go to the supermarket up the road. Our towels were not changed the whole week, the beds were uncomfortable and sometimes no top sheet provided? Weird. There is a kettle so bring your own tea bags/coffee etc. Safe is extra money. There is a handy mini fridge in the room for milk/water etc. Staff pleasant, pool nice, sunbeds aplenty. Canteen feel around restaurant, food was mostly v.nice but much of the meat and fish was overdone. Overall good value for money on our tui deal.

What an absolute delight, not a new hotel but very well kept. The staff really are excellent, so helpful. The resort itself is quiet, with its own beach away from the crowds. If you want a busy night life scene, then this is not for you. Great all round family entertainment, kids activities, disco and games. Food is good, so fresh, loads of choice. Rooms large and spacious for us, well serviced, bathroom well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

we came back from our 4th holiday in Hotel Son Baulo and have already booked our 5th stay for next year. Its a joy to go to go back to a hotel where the staff recognise you. The location is awesome, its very clean, the food is good, the beds are comfortable, We slept well every night and the staff are fantastic. you are getting a 5 star experience for a 3 star price

We were a group of 20 staying in various standards of rooms available. Some were refurbished and had better quality of facilities, like a walk in shower. My room was supposed to be a superior room however had a dated bathroom with a shower curtain which stuck to you when trying to wash. The rooms were serviced each day except a Monday. The standard of service was varied, some days the floors did not seem to be swept. However with the exception of the rooms the rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained. There were always sunbeds available even after breakfast and lots of quiet areas to enjoy the sunshine. The food was of a good standard especially for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast and evening meals could be very busy and the dining area very warm. The hotel could really benefit from an outside area to eat at these times. You can have lunch outside from the lunch menu or at the pool bar. Lots of choice and reasonable prices for this. I felt the soft drinks and all drinks were above the local bar prices and there are bars and restaurants close by to choose from. Location is excellent, in the quieter area of can pic, but an easy and flat walk into town takes around 30 minutes but I preferred the area of the hotel. It's right on the beach with lovely walks along the coast to ruins. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and always had a smile 😃. I wouldn't rush back to this hotel however would recommend to others.

A great place to stay - really well run, great staff, clear, great food offering, great location, great facilities, wonderful beach, and more. Great for families and couples alike. Whether you want to chill at the hotel, go for a walk on the local promenade or nature reserve or stroll further afield, it's got it all.

Not exactly what i expected, the room facilities not other 3 stars hotels facilities. The room furniture from 90th not new and fresh. No drinks or coffee in the room. The beach front of the hotel is a private beach so it means you should pay for that. Food is great Service is great The staff is so friendly

My 2nd visit to this Hotel , as i liked my 1st one very much . ! like this place as it is on the beach and a short level walk down a promanade inti town and the marina 15 mins , the Hottel has a pool , free sunbeds and sunbathing area , the beds on the beach you hve to pay for , The Hotel i 3 star but feels like 4 because of its qualityy , cleanliness , sfaff , food and entertainment , there is a square otside with foutains , bars and shops and supermarkets all 2 minutes away , a small train runs regularly to can Pastills and Alcudia , I am returning in September and i know the same level of staffing , daily reps TUI , and clean , spacios room with TV , fridge , kettle , hairdtyer will all be there , well done Son Baulo....10/10.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at this hotel. This is our second visit to this hotel and it won’t be our last. The food is very good in my opinion the paella is better than any of the restaurants I’ve had paella in, the rooms are kept clean, the staff are friendly. The negatives is the beds I just personally find very uncomfortable and the pillows I had the same problem last year. I understand this is personal preference but I literally didn’t have a good sleep in 2 weeks and I’m not usually fussy atall about beds and stuff, also the wifi is terrible literally only worked for me in the bathroom, I think this should be better as it is 2024 most places have good wifi now, paying for a safe also I think is stupid it was only about 35 euro but I just think this is stupid nowadays to have to pay for this. Also the last thing I’d say is the kids entertainment isn’t the best, my daughter is 3 and she got bored of going after about 3 times but the entertainer was really nice but was literally just the same 4 songs for the kids each night and that’s it. Il finish by saying this seems like a negative review but it really isn’t I will definitely be returning. For the money no other hotel will come close to here for value.

The best hotel I've been in for perfect service, great food, and beautiful location The staff are credit to Son Baulo Hotel so helpful in everyway will definitely go back as soon as the night time entertainment excellent for both kid's and adults
