The location of the hotel is good. The bus station and the beach are just outside the hotel. The room is clean and hygienic, with a balcony. However, the waiting time for the check-in process is too long, and it took an hour and a half to arrange it. It may be due to insufficient personnel. I hope it can be improved

YYITINGA better hotel for half a month, clean and hygienic ~
Close to the airport, good English at the front desk, and the bus is actually very convenient ~
It would be better to book a room with full sea view ... Breakfast is a bit average ...

GGuest UserOur expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options.

HHetshriOverall good but missing the key details for example they give a kettle, tea, coffee but missing creamers/milk. They have fixed soap dispensers but they do not work properly, there is no door to the shower by design but this means the whole bathroom gets wet and steams up.

GGuest UserGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

SSamI love this hotel. You can travel to Palma centre by bus within 15 minutes. Also, you enjoy the beach view every day from your room. The hotel restaurant provides food of incredibly high quality. The room and toilet are clean and nice.

AAnonymous UserUpon arrival on the 26/04 after a long journey, we were desperately seeking a nice cold drink. We headed to the rooftop bar however, the bartender was very rude. After waiting to get his attention we asked for 2 drinks. He immediately and without looking up, told us that we would have to wait. He continued to move stuff around the bar and ignored us. We eventually walked off. There were no other customers and it was 11.30 am and the bar was open.This was not a very pleasant first experience.

The room was very clean and everything was perfect. What surprised me was that they said there was no breakfast. They didn't want to give us breakfast. They were also very rude. And the funny thing is that when we left, they were the friendliest people in the whole world.
