The hotel was recently renovated, good breakfast, from the inconvenience I can note high audibility, woke up in the morning from the alarm in the next room. the staff is friendly. close to the airport, taxi price 15-18 euros.

Our 4th time here and by far the best! We went in the last week before they shut for the season so it’s a little quieter, you’d expect the have less on offer but that isn’t the case at all. Fantastic selection of food every night, that is topped up with fresh batches so quickly you barely ever see something empty. Shoutout to chef Claudio for keeping us full (and then always looking forward to what tomorrow brings) Pool is lovely and relaxing and the indoor heated pool is a hidden gem. The spa area (for a surplus) is amazing value. You have the whole place to yourself for an hour (dry and wet sauna, shower and hot tub) for only €15 per person. The first time we used it we were shocked we have it for private use, well worth it! 4th time here and love it still, it’s about a 2 hour walk from palma (which is a must as it’s so beautiful along the coast) or you could hire bikes nearby and the cycle route is also just as lovely. Perfect for families, couples and even as a honeymoon location. César - Thank you for a lovely stay and running everything so smoothly. Finally Natalia for always checking in what us, no job was ever too small and she was on hand for anything you needed. Like Natalia, you can tell everyone loves working at the hotel, just as much as we love staying there. Final note - We’ve been at 5 star hotels that are on level with this is Hotel, the service is up there along with the hospitality and lovely clean hotel. Something for everyone :)

I only stayed in the hotel for one night, but was greeted by the staff warmly. The room is large with balcony, and is close to the beach. The hotel interior is modern with attention to details. Natalia is always checking with me to make sure everything is OK. And the dinner is nice as well, with a wide selection of food, the Chef of the day is Claudio, while I also get a free drink from César for my last night of stay here! The hotel has a personal touch, I would definitely come back again!

I was here for the 6th time with my family and was always surprised again and again. I always had a positive impression of the staff, the food, the pool and the rooms. The staff is very nice, Natalia Cisar and Lucy were particularly nice. They always had it a good mood and a good saying. I have booked again for next year.

We had great overall experience at Helios hotel. Natalia the experience manager made us feel welcomed. She was super friendly and entertained with our little one. I also had a massage session with Joana who was super professional and gave me the best massage I ever had. I felt relaxed and recharged.

I stayed at Helios for part of my vacation on Mallorca. I found the hotel using trip advisor, in the photos it looked really nice and the price was inexpensive- it was as good in person as it looked on the advertisement- I arrived before my check in time and asked if I could check in early, They let me check in at 10:30, instead of the confirmed time of 3:00, I was so thankful as I didn’t feel like walking around and waiting till 3:00. The shower was hot and the water pressure is so good, the beds are so comfortable. The website gives lots of good information regarding things to do during your stay in the Palma area, There is a yoga or Pilates class each morning that you can join for free - at 8:30, the instructors were amazing. Breakfast buffet was delicious- with so many options - and so was dinner, The dining staff were amazing - i don’t know the names of all of the staff but - Natalia - if you are lucky enough to meet her, will remember your name, after she has met you just one time, Every night I had dinner she greeted me by name, chef Claudio was awesome - food was delicious as i mentioned before, also Cesar and William were super helpful and friendly. If you have the opportunity to come stay at the Helios hotel, definitely do it, Buffett is good as I mentioned but maybe if you want to try one of the many restaurants in Palma for dinner- then just get the half board breakfast buffet. Also public transportation is very easy and the local bus is a 2-3 minute walk away

Amazing expérience in hôtel Hélios. César took care of us during the birthday dinner of one of us. We are coming since 3 years now and it’s alway a pleasure for our team. Also the food is better and better. Don’t hesitate to chose Helios hotel you will not regret it.
