The hotel was recently renovated, good breakfast, from the inconvenience I can note high audibility, woke up in the morning from the alarm in the next room. the staff is friendly. close to the airport, taxi price 15-18 euros.

Currently staying at this hotel Day 6 of 7 day break... The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful ..I must mention Natalia who has checked in everyday to see how I was getting on and if I required anything The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and bigger than I expected..room is cleaned daily.. definitely book a pool view ! The hotel is ideally located less than 3 km from airport and one street back from the main front A good mix of clientel .. French, German ,Irish and English! Majority are cyclists so plenty of sun loungers at pool which is kept spotlessly clean at all times Also to note plenty of supermarkets/shops near including a mini spar and another little shop across street from hotel I will be returning!

Fantastic, informative staff who are helpful and friendly in every way. We had initially booked to stay for two nights and were due to move to another hotel for our final night. We loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay at the Helios. This was not a problem for the wonderful reception staff. Pool area was lovely and food at the bar was fresh, tasted lovely and very reasonably priced. Drinks were good value too. Staff here were so friendly too. Room was immaculate with water and wine in the room. (The wine was because they thought we were returning guests, which we weren’t, but we will be in the future)! All in all, an excellent hotel. Would absolutely recommend.

A very nice hotel, perfect location and warm welcoming from the whole staff… Reception: Leticia at the reception gave me a very warm welcome when I checked-in late. She told me that it won‘t be my last time there: she was right! As I came late, they even prepared me dinner in the room with nice food, what I appreciated a lot and did not expect at all… Perfect for charging batteries for cycling the next day. Beakfast/dinner: the team was very friendly with me all the time, what I appreciated as I was alone. Natacha always gave me some nice words and asked me everytime if I needed something, how my day was. Juilian was very professional too and checking that everything went well. The whole team was great! The food, breakfat and dinner: The chef David and his big and great time were preparing delicious food. I was really impressed, as it was it the buffet style what can be sometimes average… But the food, the presentation was so nice made with decoration, and the products were impressivly good. Muchas gracias to the whole kitchen and service team for your great work! Moussa :-) Next trips to you are already booked for my next cycling holidays: in April-Mai and October-November before you close.

I love this hotel. Excellent location and amazing food. We had a great time here and the staff is the best. We celebrated my mums birthday and they were so friendly and caring, especially Natalia and Cesar. Great value for money. I can definitely recommend this hotel. Also good location only 15 min from Palma & good starting point to discover the island.

We were very very impressed with the Helios, thanks to Natalia and all the team for an excellent experience. The Hotel and apartment was spotless and newly furnished, food very high standard and varied every day with choices to suit everyone. We stayed off season and felt the hotel and surrounding area was quiet and safe for families. It's close to the quieter C'an Pastilla end of the beach and most of the other tourists were families or serious cycling enthusiasts on tours around the island. Kids Activities in the area included the beach, which is 1 block/2 minute walk from the hotel. The Aquarium is about 10 minutes away (it's great), and there are two kids playgrounds about a 15 minute walk south to Parque Bosque La Ribera. Bicycles can be rented from the friendly shop just beside the hotel for about 8 euro a day, including baby-chair and helmets. The local town is a 10 minute walk up the beach and it has an excellent public medical centre. Unfortunately our toddler became poorly on the trip, however we were seen within 15 minutes by a great doctor there who spoke excellent english, and there was no cost or hassle as we had our EHIC cards. We stayed in the Apartment part of the Hotel Complex which can be reached in a 1 minute walk from the lobby, passing the spa/indoor pool area, a small playground, crazy golf and table tennis area. There are lots of restaurants and shops and a pharmacy nearby, but we dined at the hotel every evening as the buffet was so good. Thanks in particular to Chef Salah for being so welcoming to our child. So overall this hotel is really really excellent! If you've got kids with you, the apartment block is a good choice as it has a kitchen/living area and balcony that you can use after the kids have gone to sleep. We didn't notice any noise from the elevator and although we could hear the occasional plane taking off it was quiet and brief and didn't disturb us at all.

Fab hotel Staff were excellent from Check in to Restaurant to Pool and ladies cleaning the rooms So helpful and friendly Stayed in an apt which could be accessed from the hotel or from the street Very clean and roomy Balcony overlooking pool Water in the room at check in Air Conditioning , Towels changed daily Couldn’t find a fault Breakfast was a lovely variety of foods All you could ask for Though busy it was well organised and very little queues Location was ideal for beach and for bus to Palma Only 5 min from airport Overall it was a pleasure to stay at such a lovely hotel

This hotel exceeded expectations on quality, location, food, drink and service. We booked a twin room for a kind of last minute getaway beginning of May, it seemed much cheaper than other accommodation close by and we added breakfast and it was still cheaper. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a good variety. Hot and cold sections, egg chef, fresh waffles and pancakes, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds etc. They also had a separate vegan hot food section, not labelled as such but had hash browns, mushrooms, veg (courgette or aubergine), tomatoes and bean, also plant based spread. The location is great, set back one road from the beach, so on windy days you can sit by the pool and not be cold! The pool is nice and has a section with jacuzzi. There is a lifeguard and a policy that you can’t reserve sunbeds (remove towel after 30mins). The pool bar is also really good, nice outdoor furniture in sun or shade. Great food (the club sandwich was epic) but also the wine, €3 a glass and it was surprisingly really nice! The hotel is very clean. The room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a balcony which had a partial sea view (through the buildings!) but was great because we got the afternoon/evening sun! This hotel is great for cyclists and many of the guests were there for the sport/hobby. You can cycle to Palma on bike lanes along the coast or get the bus (number 23 or 25 arrive every 15min from one road away, costs €2 cash to Palma and takes 20mins). I’m not usually one to stay at the same place because I like variety, but I would 100% stay here again. It’s great value, exceeded all my expectations for quality and cleanliness. It’s also a great base to explore the island on two or four wheels (hotel has parking too). Also free yoga sessions every morning 8.30am!
