At first glance, the room is compact, the bathroom is cramped with a poorly designed toilet (like it's positioned for contortionists), but the view of the coastline from the 6th floor saves the day. It's quiet, unobstructed, and soothing, especially in the morning or at sunset.
10 minutes from the airport, everything is within walking distance: beach, bars, restaurants, small shops. The air conditioning is great, so sleeping was no problem despite the heat.
The clientele is a bit like "who-let-you-in," but hey, we're not here to be judged by vacationers in Birkenstocks.
The pools are really great, clean, pleasant, with even a bar that can be accessed while still in the water, and deep enough to fully enjoy them, whether to relax or swim a little.
Overall: a big pleasant surprise, clean, well-located, good value for money.

Hotel check-in process easy. Staff acknowledged us as ******* members, however, no wine bottle in room. The room was clean and roomy enough for our luggage and things. The breakfast option for the week was a good choice. Buffet and breakfast varies were perfect. Amenities were good, but do not like that there is no control over people reserving lounge chairs and then literally leaving for several hours. The beach was clean and easy access to it. Overall, I would stay at the property again. Beautiful weather all week.

Best of the best.
Excellent hotel with amazing staff and services. Everything from location to easy access to transportation. Pharmacy next door, supermarket and bus stop a very short walk away. Maintenance at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Staff are always at hand and are greeting you with smiles and asking if you need anything to please you. We lacked nothing. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Front desk coordinated tours and taxis and everything was seamless. This is a very high quality hotel with attention to detail. The name JS Palma Stay should read JS Palma Stay Forever because you won’t want to leave, Lastly, they made us feel special and we thank them for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were great, food was really nice and the overall stay was just what we needed. We'd definitely stay here again, just longer next time.
