in the beautiful Simena Hotel we had a wonderful 7 days with my friends, starting from the reception who explained everything to us in a professional way and with a nice smile Osman and Fatihof course boss Yahya we could always count on help nice conversation and lots of jokes. Various attractions organized on the hotel side for example live music, retro, animations or a trip to the club greetings Sahin and Oguz Excellent drinks prepared straight from the heart and I send kisses with pleasure Cetin Murat ☺️ This will not be our last vacation in this place see you next year and greetings to everyone

A wonderful 7 days in a beautiful hotel, almost by the sea. Starting with the smiling reception (Osman and Fatih) Immediately after check-in our luggage was taken and we were escorted to our room (A big plus for German knowledge) Very professional, always helpful and smiling office chef Yahya Every day animation,dart,great music,one trip to the club and care 10/10 Sahin Almost all the bartenders served us very nicely, they had a lot of patience to serve 3 bartenders from Poland with a smile fulfilled all our cocktail wishes (Cetin Murat) See you next year everybody! Definitely not a 5 star just about a 4 star , half a dozen English speaking staff , ( special thanks to the young English speaking lady at reception and the no1 bellboy who were always happy to help us ), although all try to be helpful except the lady running guest relations , she’s not helpful or even very polite , did nothing to help sort out anything for my daughters birthday celebration, the spa is excellent and all the staff in it . Wi-Fi is available but very patchy In areas Not sure on where the excellent food reviews come from as The food seems to be the same every night in the buffet, so if your here for over 7 days you would of tried everything , if you come with children they will probably struggle as there is no kids section , there is also no drinks waiter service in the restaurant or round any pools ( this would be a massive plus as queues at the bar do get long ) The room we had ( king upper swim up room ) were ok , clean tidy , nice balcony but the twin room is small cramped , has no balcony, and although the king room was cleaned daily the mini bar was not restocked after the first day , my daughters twin room however kept getting missed off the cleaning schedule and had to chase the staff down to come back and clean it We’ve had a good holiday , but with a few extra improvements the hotel it would of been better

We spent a wonderful week at the Simena Hotel. The thing we will remember the most is the friendly staff. On the first day at the reception Yahya Kendirei, who explained everything to us, was very friendly and we could always count on his help. Rooms clean and neat, cleaned daily. Food ok, certainly everyone will find something for themselves. Every day some attractions on which we had a great time. We gave a warm greeting to the funny Sahin. Beautiful beach, which is located not far from the hotel. No problem with sunbeds both on the beach and by the pools. We will definitely have fond memories. We send our warmest greetings to Yahye- Nikola and Kewin.

We recently had the misfortune of staying at Simena Comfort Hotel in Kemer, Turkey, and it was an experience that unfortunately left a lot to be desired. Our primary concern was an ant infestation in our room, a situation that was not only uncomfortable but also ignored by the hotel staff when brought to their attention. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not taken seriously, nor were any measures taken to resolve it. We were in the end moved to 4 different rooms on a 7 night stay. 3 of which were infested with ants. Adding to our distress, we were moved to rooms far from what we had originally booked, without a satisfactory explanation or compensation. This added an unnecessary layer of inconvenience to our already troubled stay. Moreover, during our visit, we witnessed a horrific accident where a child was run over by a buggy within the hotel premises, resulting in a broken leg. The response to this emergency by the hotel staff was shockingly inadequate and lacked the urgency and compassion expected in such situations. The staff at Simena Comfort Hotel were generally unhelpful and rude throughout our stay. We were often provided with incorrect information which only compounded our frustration. On several occasions, we felt that the staff were not truthful, which is unacceptable in any service industry, especially hospitality. Their attitude and lack of professionalism significantly impacted our overall experience. This disappointing and distressing experience ruined what we had hoped would be a delightful holiday. I cannot recommend Simena Comfort Hotel due to the sheer neglect, poor safety standards, and abysmal customer service we endured. Potential guests should consider these serious issues when booking. Our bunch(2 adults + 3 chidren 9,12,14) visited Simena hotel in the end of Jun/begining July. We have reserved a room in the "Villas" and honestly it was absolutely the best choice. Villas are located in garden with possibility to visit one of the pools there. The children have enjoyed it very much. Accommodation (Junior suite) was very nice, with 2 bathrooms, cleaned every day. The Villas are across the road from the main hotel and it took just few min to reach the hotel. and we have always enjoyed it. It is possible to have the shuttle service from/to the hotel/villas as well as to the beach. There was a possibility to have something to eat and drink through whole day, the main restaurant was opened for the main courses, than snacks, ice creams, sweets available round the pool and on the beach as well. Beach very nice, small stones, cleaned every day. What I wish to highlite the most are the people/staff in the hotel. All of them are very nice, smilling, helpful all day long. Especially big big big thank goes to baki/bellcaptain and Yahya/Ass. FOM. We had an awesome and unforgetable stay and wish to come back

Best experience at simena comfort hotel, the food very good and hotel room very clean with garden view and pool, quite place perfect for family, tripadvisor very friendly, recommend!
