Good location, clubs nearby, embankment, hotel in the very center. Active animation shows in the evening, after that there is a disco in the basement, but no one goes there. The food is delicious, the department is clean. I would not recommend it for young people, unless you plan to go to clubs every day.

Amazing small hotel with excellent service and beautiful grounds. I really liked how clean and comfortable everything was. I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. Any drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, without restriction. Thanks to all the staff for a good job.

Where do I possibly start to give this hotel the best praise it deserved!!!!!!!!!The hotel staff are lovely.All the special restaurants were excellent to.We want thank Guest TEAM Ismet And Selim always caring and helpful for our holiday.Would highly recommend coming here and think we will come back next year.

We stayed there in July and were left with the most delightful impressions! The animators are truly talented! Emre, Diego, and the team filled our days with joy and energy: bocce, darts, shooting, evening shows – everything was fun, lively, and heartfelt. Winners received certificates and medals — both kids and adults were thrilled! 🏅 The sea is crystal clear and magical. You can swim along the entire coastline — it's an indescribable pleasure. The beach is compact, and the sunbeds are set a bit close together, but that doesn't spoil the overall experience. The food is tasty and varied, the staff is polite and attentive. The cleanliness is impeccable, the rooms are cozy, and everything works perfectly. Crystal De Luxe is a great choice for those who want not just to relax, but to recharge with joy and energy. Thank you to the entire staff for your warmth and care! 💙 We would specially like to thank Selim for his friendliness and love to Rusian language! It was great pleasure to talk to him! ☺️

What a amazing place with food and service. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable.So big thank you from us and we cant wait the come back next year. We higly recomend this hotel. We want big thanks Mr Ismet and Mr Selim.
