This is a amazing hotel, with great staff. The food is perfect with different choices for everyone everyday. The pool is clean and the life guard is friendly and a good guy to talk to. Evening entertainment is entertaining and always a laugh. Highlight of the holiday is animation team as they are always around and interesting with the guests and having a laugh with everyone, truly genuine people.

Nice, small hotel. The staff don't speak English, only Russian. The room was OK, small, and comfortable, but not cleaned often. Towels were changed only one time a week. AC was working correctly. Our windows were to the pool are, so there was unable to sleep until 11 p.m. because of loud music. The pool was great, always was free sunbeds. Slide worked only two times per day for one hour. There wasn't AC in the restaurant, but the food was quite good. Always enough food for everyone. The guy at the bar was rude. The beach is several minutes to walk, very pebbly.

We stayed at the Stella Hotel in Camyuva in May 2024. Overall, we were happy with our vacation! We love Camyuva, we come there as if it were our home, we have stayed at different hotels there before. About the Stella Hotel: the location is excellent, not the first line, but it is not long to walk to the sea, about three minutes. The sea is super, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, the beach is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is smooth, everything is good!!! The hotel rooms are good, cleaning is daily, soap and toiletries are replenished daily, the food is not varied, but tasty, the cooks try to please vacationers. We were not hungry, but we were not gourmets either. The quality is quite consistent with the price. There is no animation. There is a disco in the evening. There is beer and local alcohol in the bar. The bartender made cocktails - he tried. Olga at the reception, thank you for the excellent service!!! Conclusion: staying at this hotel is normal! Everything is worthy for this price.

About the minuses - Food: limited choice of absolutely tasteless and most often cold dishes. Vegetables had a moldy taste, tomatoes in my opinion were the same both on the first and the last day of our stay. Service: unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The impression was created that the young people from the reception and the bar were just taken from the street and have no idea, and no desire to help or at least smile at the guests. Cleanliness: the hotel is not bad, but very neglected. Teach the maids the standards of cleaning the rooms. The floors are simply cloudy from the stains of wet rags. As are the tables in the "restaurant". The recreation area around the pool looks deplorable: broken sun loungers, dirty tables, uncleaned dishes. The beach is in the same condition. We were shocked by what we saw. Once a week a person walked there and collected trash from the trash cans. Everything else around, I think, is still lying there - cigarette butts, corn cores, plastic cups, etc. I have never seen such lazy, indifferent and apathetic hotel workers. Teach your people to work, because your business is based on working with clients. A very negative experience. Out of 4 stars, you deserve 1, and that's a stretch. I will never set foot in your hostel again and I will strongly advise against recommending you to others. Coming from far away, you want to get maximum pleasure from the food, and from a comfortable sleep, and from the rest in general. And when on the very first day you are fed a disgusting lunch with cold meat and outdated, limp zucchini and eggplants, naturally everything starts to hurt the eye - and tiny balconies, and slush in the toilet near the pool, and hard mattresses ... The photos on the hotel website do not correspond to reality. It is a pity that the wishes of customers in your establishment are not taken into account. Pros: weather, beautiful view of the mountains, warm and clean water. Wonderful restaurant "Monte Lara" across the road. Excellently prepared dishes from fresh products at reasonable prices. They saved us from the monotony of the hotel.

You need to know exactly where you are going. Yes, the hotel is in a very good area of Kemer, 3-4 minutes to the sea. The view from the balcony is stunning, of the mountains. But! Please check the box if you require separate beds. For some reason, my adult son and I were placed in a single room, with one bed, only polite and stern insistence forced the staff to change our room. The hotel is shabby to say the least. There are broken handles, doors, plastic napkins on the tables and stains from hot drinks; apparently, they are not cleaned very carefully here. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. We didn’t take it, because everything is included! And 3-4 stars assume the presence of dental supplies. They will tell you that you can drink coffee, tea, water and juices in the room, but there are no juices, and there is only one bottle of water, instant coffee. You will have to buy beach towels for $5 each. Wi-Fi too, $1 per person per day. If you take a laptop, then it will require a separate Internet connection. He really does fly. The staff speaks almost no Russian. The table is buffet and the kitchen is working almost non-stop. But the menu is monotonous and some dishes are impossible to eat, unfortunately. There are always sun loungers on the beach, but they are very worn out. Everything causes a feeling of some kind of fatigue and disgust. The price includes the hammam, but massages and spas need to be paid separately. We are discouraged and upset by the little things that make up the overall background of our holiday. Despite the fact that it is difficult to call us pessimists or picky people. Just don't expect much from the hotel and the usual comfort if you come here. There are many foreigners from all over the world in the hotel, many elderly people and couples with children. For a quiet, unpretentious holiday, but with everything of your own in your luggage. Have a nice rest.

The hotel is normal, but for the price, with an all-inclusive system, it’s very good. We checked in earlier, without any problems, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, very friendly. The rooms are good. There is a kettle and refrigerator. All inscriptions are in Turkish, English, Russian. They gave me a printed reminder in Russian about what works and when. There is a small gym. There is a swimming pool. There is WiFi - normal. Unfortunately, instead of one large bed there were 2 small ones. The food is of normal quality and in a normal range. You won't go hungry, but you won't get much pleasure either. There are queues for food at the restaurant☹️ There is a swimming pool. There is a mediocre beach nearby. The price corresponds to the quality. Total: Pros: rooms, staff, refrigerator, kettle, WiFi, location. Cons: beds, beach, very small area.
