Ho dato 2 solo perché la struttura è bella....Oltre al fatto che necessita manutenzione, nel nostro caso, è stata la gestione ad essere carente. La mancanza di attenzione al cliente su un problema riscontrato al check in ed il fatto che si permetta al gruppo di ubriachi a bordo piscina di dare disturbo fino a tardi (forse non è così positivo l'uso della piscina 24 ore su 24), il fatto che non siamo riusciti a fare colazione per la risposta scocciata del personale: "vengo io ai tavoli" ...e intanto serviva altri al banco, dopo l'attesa che ci ha fatto desistere, colazione altrove...in sostanza..siamo scappati dopo le due notti ormai pagate e siamo andati altrove..... peccato davvero.

È un posto da favola, siamo tornati qui per la seconda volta perchè ci era piaciuta la tranquillità, i servizi, ed il personale. È un piccolo residence ma non manca niente, adiacente al residence c' è un grande parcheggio non a pagamento, il bar è aperto fino a mezzanotte, è possibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di Campolongu ( circa 600 metri), puoi fare il bagno in piscina a qualsiasi ora e ad 1 minuto di macchina arrivi al centro di Villasimius. Una garanzia e lo consigliamo a tutti perchè è adatto a famiglie, coppie e ragazzi.

Resort molto carino, pulito e tranquillo nonostante necessiti di straordinaria manutenzione. Vicino al mare… Piscina spettacolare! Parcheggio privato adiacente. Colazione discreta servita in una sala molto carina… unica nota negativa la signora responsabile che fuma in sala mentre gli ospiti consumano la colazione! Area permessa ai fumatori… tuttavia molto fastidioso il fumo! Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Prezzo nella norma. Lo consiglio!

Io e mio marito siamo stati ospiti del resort per 10 giorni e ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore. È un luogo magico, anzi incantato e il nome non è a caso. Il monolocale è molto spazioso e ben organizzato con un bel patio all' esterno, è sempre possibile fare il bagno in piscina a qualsiasi ora, è curato nei minimi dettagli, il bar è aperto dalle 8 a mezzanotte e c' è sempre una musica bassa in sottofondo che crea davvero un a**osfera di relax. Il parcheggio è adiacente e una delle spiagge più belle della zona è a due passi. È molto vicino a Villasimus e a tutti i servizi di cui uno ha bisogno. Complimenti anche a tutto lo staff. Noi siamo arrivati alle 23:30 e sono super organizzati anche per ricevere a tarda notte. Lo stra-consigliamo perchè quando arrivi qui ti dimentichi del mondo esterno.

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di luglio. La struttura sarebbe una gioiello di inestimabile valore ma purtroppo è veramente trascurata. La camera aveva un forte odore di muffa, sparito dopo 4/ 5 ore aprendo porte e finestre. Abbiamo chiamato per ripulire sia il bagno che il piano cottura lasciati sporchi. Piscina pensata bene, suddivisa in vasche per bimbi o adulti, anch'essa però completamente da risistemare. Col personale abbiamo avuto pochissimi contatti perché avevamo la formula resort, non posso dare una valutazione. Do comunque 2 punti, 1 per la posizione tranquilla ma comoda e 1 perché mio figlio si è divertito tantissimo con la ragazza del baby club che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere tutta per noi, gentile, di compagnia, educata disponibilissima. Anche se tutto sommato siamo riusciti a passare una bella vacanza (poiché persone che si adattano molto) non posso dare una valutazione più alta di questa.
