"We took our kids to see the red-crowned cranes. We had originally booked another hotel, but we got bored on the way and found this hotel on Ctrip. It was perfect for kids, with a huge slide. We arrived and it seemed like we were the only ones there. It was deserted, but the kids had a lot of fun. When we were taking a shower that night, we found there was no hot water. The other room had hot water but no air conditioning. The housekeeper handled it quickly, but it just wasn't fixed properly. The water heater socket was burnt out, and a part in the air conditioner was broken... . . . They later opened another room for us, but the kids couldn't hold back and had already fallen asleep, so our two families ended up sharing three rooms... . . . What a magical trip. We had to drive to their other hotel for breakfast in the morning. This hotel was more in line with our middle-aged aesthetic. It was so crowded, I should have booked here earlier. After breakfast, the kids were playing, so I went to chat with the front desk and found out that we were the ones who had the problem with our room last night.
