We were there 3 years ago and it was fantastic. Now 3 days to celebrate the end of the year 2023, a disaster (3-night accommodation is mandatory, but on January 1, they check you in at 11 a.m., incredible) Without heating 1 whole day (called the reception several times and no attention) They told us to put on the ximenea…. Sorry??? With what? There were only some giant logs that didn't fit in the mini ximenea. Everything was very dirty, the kitchen was disgusting, on top of that the dishwasher didn't work well, food stuck to glasses, plates, paellas... Lucky that I brought paper because the dishwasher didn't work the previous time either and if you have to wash everything by hand, clean the house and freeze to death... what a vacation plan. In the end some friends arrived at 6 in the afternoon, he is a plumber and he fixed the heating 😅 Ultimately a disappointment…. But the worst thing is that they ignore you and say that their superior will call you... and we are still waiting 😂 We will never return I recommend a charming hotel in the mountains that pampers you to the fullest, it is spectacular "the beautiful Farga"

The hotel is still as we knew it at the time, but the quality of the reception staff has gone down a lot. A shame since this type of staff greatly diminishes the stay in such an idyllic place. The restoration staff were impeccable throughout the service. It is a beautiful small stone hotel, to completely disconnect, with very beautiful views, the Mistic restaurant, although very expensive, is very good and beautiful. The pity is that the reception service is non-existent, the girl at the reception does not provide anything, they are all negative about everything. The treatment is not in keeping with the place, an example is that at breakfast the boy Alex (very friendly) is overwhelmed and the girl at the reception helps him, my husband asked for 2 coffees because he drinks 2 coffees every morning, and the girl in front of him Everyone with a self-sufficient face tells him that he can only order one per person, I was very embarrassed, my husband told him to charge for the coffee at whatever price he wanted but to give him two. That's not how you treat a client, and denying a coffee to a client who is staying in a suite and has eaten every day in the restaurant paying more than €100 for each meal seems very bad to me, don't say no, give him facilities, Tell him that the second coffee has a cost but telling him No and looking at him as if he were a criminal is very ugly. Another time I asked the same girl if I could order something at the restaurant to take to the room because I had a meeting and I wouldn't have time to eat in the restaurant due to the schedule, she told me no, the hotel is 10 km from the hotel. Nearest bar, of course? I was not convinced with the answer and went to the restaurant, the guy told me of course yes. In short, it is a very nice hotel but with little service, both in terms of staff and things, it is far from everything, and if the restaurant is closed you can't have anything. In a hotel like this the reception is key and is not up to par. There would be. to evaluate this aspect before booking.

Todo genial. Lo que falló fue: -Alguna persiana rota, y entraba mucha luz solar. -Desayuno poco variado. -No había kit de higiene: chancletas, cepillos de dientes… -No funcionaba la sauna. Aún así, recomendable para desconectar en pareja.

Nunca me alojaría en este hotel. Detrás de la paz aparente que proclama, suelen tener desde muy pronto a motoristas, que con sus motos con escape libre, rompen el silencio de toda una urbanización de personas que llegaron aquí anteriormente en busca de una paz, a la que hemos de renunciar por su prepotencia absoluta. Tienen toda la semana para mantener su jardín y lo hacen fin de semana con todo tipo de maquinas ruidosas que sobrepasan el límite de decibelios admitido, molestando a los vecinos, pero además - no se que adjetivo podría escribir para ello pero os lo podéis imaginar - molestan a sus propios clientes. Todo el mundo sabe en la zona que dicho hotel cuanta con innumerables denuncias, especialmente por la contratación de personal. AhÍ el por qué de las otras reseñas de que el personal no está a la altura. Su oferte de restaurante gourmet se basa en una alianza con un gran cocinero de la zona, y que evidentemente abandonó el proyecto al poco tiempo... fácil de imaginar la razón... pues eso... bienvenidos....

Unos de Relax, sin niños ... un hotelito con En medio de la naturaleza, al que puedes llevar a tu mascota (perros) son unos apasionados de las motos, de trial , las habitaciones tienen los nombres de moteros, como...Jordi Tarres... En esta preciosa Masia, podrás jugar a padel, disfrutar del Spa o de la fantástica piscina exterior, ha sido estupendo silencio, cómodas amacas, ...... El desayuno, estupendo dulce, salado, ... Y dentro del Hotel tenéis una pizeria,un restaurante y un Chil El restaurante,súper recomendable En general nos ha gustado mucho Repetimos
