Espectacular. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. La habitación era bonita y el baño muy correcto. Lo mejor las estancias compartidas que están decoradas con mucho gusto (comedor y sala de estar). El personal encantador. Tiene la pega que no sirve cenas pero queda muy cerca del pueblo.

Rien à redire sur le confort. Bonne literie.chambre chauffée. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon.. Lieu calme et isolé. Seul bémol, l'accès est un peu cahoteux Personnel super sympathique A renouveler pour se détendre. Nous y retournerons

Ik schrijf deze beoordeling terwijl ik hier zit op het geweldige terras met een adembenemend uitzicht. Wat een prachtige rustige locatie! Het gebouw is prachtig en de kamer is uitstekend. Heel netjes en verzorgd allemaal. De dame bij de receptie is supervriendelijk en omdat we een lange reis achter de rug hadden en we veel te vroeg waren mochten we al ruim voor de inchecktijd in onze kamer. Het hotel heeft ook een laadpaal voor de EV rijder. Er is geen diner maar je kan prima in het nabijgelegen dorp eten en de dame van de receptie heeft ons geholpen met een bestelling te laten bezorgen. Ik kom hier zeker terug voor een ontspannende start van onze vakantie in Spanje!

Un hotel con encanto, muy tranquilo, en las afueras de Camprodon, limpio, agradable. Personal muy amable, el desayuno completo y bien servido. En un entorno natural y adecuado para desconectar, perfecto para quien quiera huir del mundanal ruido 🙂.

Estuvimos 10 dia en la primera quincena de julio. Lo positivo: buena zona, buena ubicación, acogedor, habitación grande confortable (tipo familiar), buenas vistas, muy tranquilo, buen trato del personal en el comedor (solo dan desayuno). Lo negativo: Problemas para hacer la reserva, varias llamadas de teléfono, y varios correos con respuestas muy demoradas, desayuno aceptable, pero repetitivo (todos los días el los mismos productos (tuvimos que reclamar para que nos variarán algo en los días consecutivos), problemas para conseguir la facturas (normalmente pagas y te la dan), eso si, pagas la estancia al primer minuto de la llegada. Hotel recomendable SI, pero necesita un cambio de personal en la recepción, considero que he estado muy mal atendido.

Absolutamente desastroso, una tomadura de pelo. Pagamos más de 200 euros por menos de 48h (llegamos un viernes por la noche a dormir y nos fuimos un domingo por la mañana). Hotel sin agua en las habitaciones las dos noches que nos hospedamos y aún estamos esperando una explicación o disculpa, pero han desactivado los comentarios en otras plataformas y no contestan ni a los emails. Nos cobraron por adelantado el 100% de la estancia en el mes de mayo (5 meses antes), y luego cuando llegas allí no hay nadie ni en recepción. Únicamente una persona de servicio por la mañana que te sirve un café para desayunar. Para colmo la segunda noche no pudimos ni dormir ya que de madrugada se disparó una alarma en el hotel, y todavía nadie nos ha dado una explicación.

Très belle vue. Calme.hotel panoramique et très bien décoré. Accueil petit déjeuner extra, personne très serviable et agréable. Chambre petite mais très bien organisee, insonorisée et lumineuse. Grande douche a l'italienne.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, grupal de varias parejas de amigos que casi llenamos el hotel. Ha sido como estar en casa. Super acogedor, cómodo y bien atendidos. Desayuno y cena excelentes. (Mención especial para la cocinera Neidy). Volveremos seguro!!
