Sono stato a pranzo oggi 13/01/2025 e sono stato trattato in modo pessimo. Il ristorante per quanto ne so è stato dato in gestione, quindi NON mi rivolgo assolutamente all'hotel perché non c'entrano nulla. Lavoro in un impresa stradale e quando mi capita di essere in zona mi fermo e di solito si mangia discretamente ma oggi che era una giornata fredda e ventosa non c'era nemmeno il riscaldamento acceso! Ma come si fa mi chiedo...a casa tua fai quello che vuoi con il riscaldamento ma in un esercizio pubblico non puoi. Risposta: il gas costa! Anche a casa mia costa! Ho capito che si paga per un menù a prezzo fisso ma non a queste condizioni. La pasta al ragù era asciuttissima, secca, sembrava riscaldata microonde. Non si tratta la gente. Grazie

Siamo stati con la famiglia nel periodo del ponte dell’immacolata, siamo stati benissimo personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare l’esigenze dei clienti, stanza pulita, calda, super silenziosa con bagno ampio e tutti i confort, tutti i giorni venivano a mettere in ordine la stanza . Non vi parlo della colazione con vasta scelta di prodotti dal dolce al salato, una bontà. Pino verde super consigliato…

Per esigenze di lavoro mi sono dovuto fermare in questo posto. Esperienza che non ripeterò a causa dell'hotel che non rispecchia un "4 stelle". Colazione pessima con prodotti di pessima qualità e poca scelta. Ragazzi alla reception gentili Rapporto qualità/prezzo sconveniente

Certamente non è un quattro stelle: un discreto tre stelle e non di più. Rumorosissima l'aria condizionata e un po' inquitente l'avviso sul tavolo del buffet (non particolarmente fornito) in cui si avverte che si può prendre solo un determinato quantitativo di cibo. Confesso che è la prima volta che mi capita. Comunque, io ho bevuto solo un bicchiere di aranciata (poi la caraffa, restata vuota, non è stata sostituita) e una ciccolata in tazza. Gentile la reception. Prezzo decente. In definitiva, un albergo in cui passare la notte è accettabile e di cui non si sente la nostalgia. Magari, un impianto di aria condizionata con qualche decibel in meno...

Pessima, sembra di stare negli anni 80. Personale abbastanza gentile e cortese con i clienti. Ma le camere erano spesso piene di polvere. Non sono del tutto sicura che li abbia presi li ma tornata a casa ho visto punture di ACARI SULLE MIE BRACCIA. La luce del bagno non funzionava benissimo e non riuscivo a connettermi al WiFi siccome mi avevano dato 3 scontrini con le password!!. 4 stelle?! Veramente sopravvalutato. La carta per entrare nella stanza moltissime volte si è smagnetizzata e siamo dovuti tornare alla reception almeno 3 volte per farla funzionare. Posso dire tremendo.

Hotel 4 stelle di scarsità qualità. Abbiamo alloggiato 2 giorni non hanno ami rifatto i letti e pulito la camera. La doccia era aveva il sifone pieno di calcare. Alle ore 7 della mattina gli addetti alle pulizie parlavano a voce alta come se non ci fosse nessuno a pernottare! Bocciato

Veramente assurdo! Hotel molto vecchio, la nostra camera purtroppo era sporca, ragnatele in ogni dove , peli nella vasca e formiche sia in bagno che nella camera ! La camera era molto molto triste e molto piccola per 4 letti (2 adulti e 2 bambini). L assurdo poi sta nella colazione " inclusa" al mattino dove devi scegliere cosa prendere con tanto di cartello delle cose che puoi mangiare previo addebito anche di anche un singolo caffè!quindi o prendi un cappuccino o un caffè! Entrambi non si può...mai visto in tutta la mia vita! Bocciatissimo e mi spiace perché il posto è comodo per andare a Venezia! L unica nota positiva...la signora che serviva la colazione!
