Very nice staff and clean. Beautiful scenery and what you can expect from a nice hotel! I would recommend! Pool is heated and it is well kept. They go the extra mile for you and really care how your experience is. They keep all the rooms clean and modern.

A cama é o quarto são super confortáveis, além do atendimento de todos os funcionários ser excelente e super cordial, o espaço de lazer e a brinquedoteca são sensacionais! Café da manhã fantástico, tudo muito saboroso e bem servido! A única coisa que falta é uma cobertura entre a recepção e o espaço de lazer e as suítes externas, o resto não tem defeito algum!

Excelente lugar, todos muito educados. Quarto impecável. Tudo perfeito, café da manhã incrível. Ficamos no Chris Park Hotel e a nossa condução foi o Uber, carro seria melhor, mas Uber tbm deu para atender nossas necessidades tranquilo, embora seja um pouco mais restrito em relação ao horário de Uber.

O Quarto é maravilhoso. Tem um chuveiro bem forte e cama super macia. Todos os funcionários são super cordiais e bem prestativos. O hotel tem bastante atenção nos detalhes ( quando levaram a mala para o quarto enquanto fazíamos o check in, a tv já foi deixada ligada em um canal com desenhos, já que estávamos com crianças). A piscina aquecida e a jacuzzi são um espetáculo a parte. A academia é bem completa e atende bem para não perder dia de treino.

Recomendo muito o hotel, atendimento exemplar, café da manhã muito bom com opção de omelete, ovos e tapioca feitos na hora, staff sempre preocupados e buscando feedback do hóspede quanto ao período de estadia, eficientes e solicitos em resolver os problemas que podem existir da melhor forma possível. Em processo de melhoria do espaço para enriquecer ainda mais a experiência. Saímos muito satisfeitos e já com vontade de voltar.

Hotel que adoramos , os quartos confortáveis, muito bem localizado fora do agito de Capivari mas bem próximo de tudo . Fora a vista incrível das montanhas ! A estrura piscina e sauna são ótimas e o café da manhã bem saboroso com muita variedade !
