Very nice staff and clean. Beautiful scenery and what you can expect from a nice hotel! I would recommend! Pool is heated and it is well kept. They go the extra mile for you and really care how your experience is. They keep all the rooms clean and modern.

Excelente atendimento e funcionários muito educados. Café da manhã completo e muito gostoso. Ficamos na suíte presidencial. Acomodação impecável com uma vista maravilhosa. Travesseiros super macios. Só a televisão que não estava conectando aos canais da vivo.

Lugar incrível, aconchegante e completo. Ótima experiência desde a recepção até o restaurante. Foi uma experiência gastronômica impecável. Contém piscina aquecida , meu esposo e eu adoramos. Possui um espaço kids lindo que crianças vão amar quado vierem. Voltaremos mais vezes!!

Experiência incrível, atendimento excelente, nos sentimos em casa, ótimas acomodações sem falar na vista maravilhosa que pode ser apreciada de várias áreas do hotel. Chris Park está entre os melhores Hotéis de Campos dos Jordão. Não vejo a hora de voltar.

O hotel é maravilhoso, desde às acomodações, os colaboradores e as refeições. Indico de olhos fechados. Os colaboradores são uma questão à parte. Sempre bem humorados, simpáticos e prestativos. Para quem está de carro, o acesso é tranquilo. Não fica pertinho do centro Capivari, mas nada longe que inviabilize os passeios. Queria citar o atendimento especial da Mirela, Marcelo e Tato. Foram perfeitos durante os dias que estive com minha família. Parabéns!!! Voltarei sempre que puder. Recomendo!!

Hospedagem péssima . Quartos sem ar condicionado . Limpeza horrível, meu quarto ficou 3 dias sem limpeza no chão ( o mesmo estava c muito pó ) solicitei por escrito para que a limpeza fosse feita . Funcionários da recepção gentis e educados . Café da manhã impecável, principalmente os funcionários.
