Olhem a foto do banheiro da suíte que ficamos. N•330. A foto já diz pelo restante. Eu nunca vi um lugar tão mal cuidado. Quarto e banheiro fedendo a mofo, até os corredores fedem mofo. A única coisa bem cuidada no hotel é a área externa, o jardim. De resto, fujam.

Hotel bem grande, com atendimento cordial, check in e check out bem rápidos, café da manhã completo, estacionamento fechado e ao contrários do que comentam eu achei bem silencioso e tranquilo. Pontos negativos vai para wifi que é péssima, tentei trabalhar com ela, mas tive que usar meu 5g.

O restaurante é aberto ao publico e é excelente. Self service , com muita variedade com preco de 80 reais o kilo. O salao e bem grande com muitas mesasJardim lindo, Vale a visita ao local, inclusive tem bancos e redario na parte exterior do restaurante

O hotel é incrível! Espaçoso, com área verde que também permite uma vista espetacular pela janela do quarto! Tem um lago muito bem cuidado, decorações ao redor que fica irresistível não tirar uma foto. Nas noites frias, há lareira na área compartilhada e também rodízio de fondue (com vagas limitadas e fila de espera). Estacionamento amplo para os carros com a plaquinha de identificação. No quarto há aquecedor e água quente na pia do banheiro, o que deixa o local ainda mais agradável nas noites frias. Todos os atendentes foram muito prestativos e queridos, respondendo às nossas dúvidas com clareza e atenção. Com piscina aquecida, area para leitura, jogos de cartas de mesa, tudo muito bem cuidado e organizado. Com certeza voltarei!

Péssimo atendimento. Atendimento da recepção e restaurante vergonhoso. Beira a falta de respeito. Carpete nos quartos. Cheira mal. Mas o atendimento eh de looonge a pior coisa. Muuuuuito ruim. Pedido do restaurante ficou uma hora na recepção e ninguém avisou Comi frio E eles ainda me culparam pq o telefone do quarto não funciona
