We stayed at Vila Casato in 2014 and will be back in 2025. The service is still the same, excellent, but the maintenance of the rooms and restaurant could be improved, with some repairs needed to the floors, lights burned out in the hallway, the ceiling of the restaurant, the closets in the room and in the pool. The finishing profile of the closet fell off when I opened the door. The service really helps us overcome these issues. One suggestion for improvement would be a private area for massages, since they are currently done in the pool area, which, although it is closed, is not the appropriate place. Charging a 10% tip on the total amount of the bill, after payment, even though it is optional, is embarrassing to say the least.

O melhor hotel de Campos do Jordão “com certeza”, parabéns aos idealizadores do hotel pela escolha de profissionais tão competentes e preparados, atendimento impecável a Carol e a Josi em especial foram extremamente solícitas! Super reservado, café da manhã maravilhoso ( o restaurante é impecável e eu recomendo jantar), vista incrível, a piscina limpa ,super quentinha e coberta. Ao fim da hospedagem existe a possibilidade de gratificar os funcionários com uma caixinha que é apenas “ SUGERIDA”, inclusive na minha opinião pessoal o valor sugerido ainda é aquém do que eles verdadeiramente merecem pela sensação maravilhosa que nos fez sentir , menciono isso para nível de informação de possíveis hóspedes que estejam vendo esse comentário, para mim é super merecido e se vc assim como eu valoriza conforto, atenção aos detalhes, bom humor e atenção tbm os valorize! Limpeza, atendimento, suíte, banheiro e equipe Super indico para todos que gostam de um lugar bonito, bem decorado, aconchegante, Café da manhã magnífico e atendimento personalizado com muito carinho e competência.
