We've rented a ground room which is helpful for elderly people. Rooms are super comfortable, owner was super friendly and explained room use, how to get to the location and appliances were all working fine. Water is central heated and can be adjusted, although we did not have to change anything, kitchen is equipped with all needs, beds are comfortable and all was well cleaned. Door and car parking gates and locks are controlled by key pass or mobile so it is easy to get in and out. Apartment location is best reached with a car, but I believe ridesharing works too. While is is not near central shops and walk areas, it is well located to outside centre attractions like parks, The Government Palace and museums.
