We had a fantastic time at LAH. It was truly a differentiated experience. The house itself is lovely! It is well-located on a hill in a place that has a great view and is far enough from the louder/busier parts of town, but also close enough to walk or take a quick shuttle from the hotel. The breakfast was great too. However, what stood out the most about this incredible experience was the service of the staff. They were super friendly, extremely professional, and there was always someone to help us. We really loved our experience!

This boutique hotel in Campos do Jordao is a hidden gem. It's perched on a hill at Capivari neighborhood. I traveled with my elderly mom, my brother and daughter to celebrate her 80th birthday. The facility is truly wonderful, understated luxury. The service was top notch, the bedrooms were very comfortable. A few highlights: - Available car rides downtown or simply down the hill - this was super helfpul. - Charming facility, modern traditional - you'll see the rustic in the deck, in the exposed wood frames, with comfortable chairs and antique china - Delicious breakfast and turn down service - chocolates and a personal note every night - Very helpful concierge service giving us excellent input on gourmet restaurants, parks, other activities in town - Caring and professional staff (all of them!) If you're in Campos do Jordao and want to relax in style, this is the place.

The best boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. Since it is small, with only 9 rooms, each guest receives individual attention. It truly is a LAH (like at home) experience. I cannot express how much my husband and I enjoyed the hotel and the staff that welcomed us. The details and special attention we received from the staff made our stay truly perfect. In addition, the hotel is extremely tasteful: from the decor of the rooms to the antique china used for the meals. Like everything that is truly elegant, there is no ostentation. Even the staff is very attentive without being subservient or overly present. For those who do not want to go out for dinner, there are options prepared in the hotel's small kitchen. The menu is concise, as it should be, with simple but very well-made dishes, with quality and tasty ingredients. And a series of little "treats". The best of them was the surprise cake given to us for our wedding anniversary. A hotel for those who truly know what elegance is and understand what the expression "less is more" means. We hope to return soon. Other important points: spacious room and bathroom. The amenities, sheets, pillows (of different types, including two feather pillows, which I love) and duvet, are all of good quality.
