Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc.
All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours.
They offer complimentary breakfast (that is excellent, by the way), and a five o'clock tea with all items you can think of.
Finally, to make the stay even more pleasant, upon checking out, they gave me a bag with water and snacks for the trip back.

Já havíamos ido no revéillon de 2021/2022, e dessa vez não teve a ceia, porém nos ofereceram um Coquetel com Saxofonista, maravilhoso. Reservamos um quarto com sacada e nos foi dado no segundo andar, como a academia é no terceiro andar, reclamamos do barulho porque fomos pra descansar, dormir bem a noite e tirar um cochilinho a tarde, não fomos pra sair, ficamos a maior parte do tempo no hotel. Nos trocaram de quarto para o terceiro andar e nos deram um upgrade pra um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem, só que a mesma não funcionava. Ficou um entra e sai de funcionários tentando consertar que nos atrapalhou de descansar a tarde, não conseguiram e pediram pra um técnico ir a noite e o mesmo ficou pouca mais de 2h horas tentando consertar e conseguiu. Mas isso nos atrapalhou e tirou nossa privacidade. Tirando isso o atendimento dos funcionários é o melhor do mundo, o café da manhã e o chá da tarde são perfeitos. O Hotel é super bem localizado e o terreno é gigante. Tem um parque lindo em frente que dá pra relaxar e alimentar os bichinhos. Decidimos perdoar o inconveniente e continuar frequentando o Carballo.

O Hotel é muito bonito, e tem uma ótima estrutura. Gostamos muito do atendimento de todos funcionários, desde a recepção até o restaurante. A limpeza do quarto era impecável e tinha bons amenites. Café da manha farto.

Quarto limpo, amplo. Pessoal muito atencioso. Ambiente tranquilo e paisagem muito bonita. Senti falta de ar-condicionado, apesar de não ter ido no verão. Acredito que nessa época do ano possa ser necessário.
