Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc.
All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours.
They offer complimentary breakfast (that is excellent, by the way), and a five o'clock tea with all items you can think of.
Finally, to make the stay even more pleasant, upon checking out, they gave me a bag with water and snacks for the trip back.

Eu e meu noivo amamos o Hotel Carballo! Já é tradição pra nós irmos todo ano, e sempre somos recebidos com muito carinho. O atendimento é impecável, os quartos super aconchegantes e o café da manhã é uma delícia! Um lugar romântico, acolhedor e com aquele charme especial de Campos. Estadia maravilhosa, hotel bem localizado e uma vista linda do parque da lagoinha, o jardim do Hotel é fantástico, funcionários atenciosos e muito educados, tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer a proprietária, a qual contou um pouco da história de como surgiu a ideia da construção do Hotel.
