What a great place, the facilities are excellent, the food great, service impeccable and everyone so friendly (Sebastian and Daniel were outstanding), rooms well equipped and thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed the fire pits at the end of a long day, and you can’t really get a better location, a 5 minute walk to the centre, but it still felt that you were in the countryside/mountains. Oh, and before I forget, the rabbits! Beautiful and a nice distraction to feed them grass.

A INFRAESTRUTURA DO HOTEL EM TODOS OS SEUS AMBIENTES, ESPETACULAR. OS FUNCIONÁRIOS SÃO EXTREMAMENTE ATENCIOSOS. O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É MARAVILHOSO COM MUSICA AMBIENTE NUM SALÃO COM VISTA DIRETA PARA A PAISAGEM DE NATUREZA ESPLÊNDIDA. OS PRATOS A LA CARTE DO JANTAR SÃO DELICIOSOS. TUDO IMPECÁVEL.

We came all the way from the states, paid more than 1200 dollars for 4 nights and was terrible to see water problems in the bathroom, terrible to see that we didn’t have breakfast on buffet of any day, and was only us here, paying this much for normal accommodation, well and for finish, do never do laundry here, it cost for a a pair of jeans 120 reais more than 20 dollars, the place is beautiful but needs to grown so much.

Excellent hotel for events and private trips. The place is beautiful, sophisticated and clean. Very close to Capivari, which allows participants to relax in their free time. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The event rooms are very comfortable. The food and beverage area is impeccable.

Hotel muito bom com funcionários extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos. Gastronomia excelente, café farto onde destaco novamente a preocupação de todos em ajudar. Únicos pontos negativos a destacar é a acessibilidade do hotel com muitas escadas e rampas íngremes, sem alternativa para pessoas com problemas de locomoção, e a falta de uma piscina aquecida e coberta, já que há espaço para tal. Tivemos problema no quarto na primeira noite e imediatamente nos mudaram para outro quarto com excelente upgrade sem nenhum tipo de resistência, ponto mais que positivo. No geral, excelente opção em Campos, fica a dica para quem não se importa com escadas e subidas.
