Mobility, cleaning, smart TV, wide apartment, air conditioning, good shower + I paid R$220,00 on Saturday the couple without coffee, the q is a very attractive price + Pool area is well planned, well beautiful, though there are few dresses + We bought the reservation for ”Truehotelis”, which was the room of the ”private” wing of the hotel. We had to check in with another professional, which we understand perfectly. The lamentable was the ”sympathy” and the lack of will of the reception in meeting us knowing that the reservation was of the ”private room”. the value of R$50,00 for a coffee with hard cakes, hard bread, little variety of fruit and cold, a weak white cheese, a low quality sauce, orange juice q was clearly not natural. A hotel of this level deserves a coffee much, but much better.

Great hotel! Everything is very clean and organized, and all hygiene procedures are for COVID. The food is delicious and all the staff are friendly and polite. Quiet environment, very suitable for business travelers. I'm so happy!

The care of the Inês and Monique collaborators was excellent, and the establishment was very sympathetic and professional. I was impressed that I arrived at 23:30 and yet all the collaborators were laughing in their face and with much sympathy.
