On arrival, we went to our Easyjet holidays All Inclusive Deluxe Bungalow. It was a room and bathroom, no where to sit other than the beds. Outside, the picture on the website looked great, was 2 smelly rotting rattan chairs, an outlook onto an overgrown head, large fungi growing around the tiny seating area, and lots of weeds. This, as I found out that night made sitting outside impossible, due to mosquitoes. Our minibar, was a small fridge with water, soft drinks and 2 beers. This would be topped up daily at a cost? The morning coffee was Nescafe sachets!!! What a joke, All Inclusive and a five star resort. I complained and was told the All Inclusive has 2 levels and advised to go up to Signature Level. This cost us £1000 on top of the £5800 cost of our 2 week break. It didn't get me a room up grade but I would have access to a Signature Level pool and bar. The bar was decent but service was poor, no snacks offered, very little waiter service but reps there trying to sell excursions. The pool was disgraceful, green algae round the top which people had scratched their names into and 2 pool top slabs broken and just left on the side. There are 4 restaurants. A buffet one which was fairly decent but pretty much the same food daily. As Signature Level, I had priority to book the other decent restaurants via the App. In 2 weeks, we got in 5 times. Always, no reservations available. When we did get in, Portofina in particular, a 3 course meal was done and dusted in 50 minutes. Your starter was with you within 2 minutes, main meal literally there as you finish the starter. If you wanted the Premium food, it was all extra money. A T Bone steak was €10 per 100g, with a minimum weight of 1kg!!! €100 on top of the money already paid? Beach is stones with 2 rickety bridges to help get you into the sea. No bridge bt the Signature Level sunbeds though. To be honest, the beach looked like a building site, not very inviting, great images from the hotel website, not in reality. With Signature Level, you also get a SPA session. No treatment, just the use of a heated pool, sauna and cold shower. Ridiculous. This resort is nowhere near 5 star or all inclusive. Your budget is blown to get the Signature Level, which gets you very little extra. The only good service we had was Angelo at Signature Level breakfast, very attentive and friendly and our cleaner. Both were spot on. Reception were clearly not interested with our issues. When we were there, I spoke to other couples, not one was happy, not one had their issues resolved. Save your money, go elsewhere.
