Excellent hotel Next to the train station at the back. Close to attractions and restaurants. Quiet, large, with safe and minibar. Good shower and complete bathroom. Wifi works well. Breakfast with sweets, fruits, yogurts with and without sugar, gluten-free, eggs, complete Attentive efficient staff Great staff. Everything you need in a hotel

The good things about the hotel was that the staff was very nice and room was relatively spacious, quite and clean. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately air conditioning was essentially non existent and room refrigerator was not working. Bed was poor quality . When we walked back from the main part of town after dinner, you had to walk past the train station area which was poorly lit and seedy. I did not feel comfortable walking in the area around the hotel at night.

Hotel eccellente.Ci siamo stati con un gruppo di amici per visitare Campobasso e piccoli paesi gioiello dell'inaspettato Molise.Camere pulitissime ,ben riscaldate,colazione ricca con salato e torte squisite.Cena e pranzo con pietanze saporite,per non parlare di una deliziosa e goduriosa torta al cioccolato. Personale attento, gentile,disponibile, accogliente,molto professionale.Tutti gli amici hanno apprezzato il servizio inappuntabile della reception e della sala.Complimenti a tutti ed al direttore che coordina una squadra tanto ben affiatata.

Ottima accoglienza, camera accogliente ma un pò retrò, colazione abbondantissima. Personale molto gentile e disponibile (sembrava di parlare tra amici). Parcheggio ampio, disponibile e gratuito. Posizione strategica. Tutto molto soddisfacente!

Situato al centro di Campobasso, le 4 stelle le vale tutte. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in, circa, 80 persone e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. Ambiente spazioso e pulitissimo, camere confortevoli, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pasti abbondanti e ottimi, colazione favolosa e ricca. Lo consiglio fortemente.

Hotel senza infamia e senza lode, sicuramente le 4 stelle sono esagerate in quanto in camera mancano alcuni servizi tipici di questa categoria ( per esempio teiera e bicchieri di plastica), colazione degna di un tre stelle e non di più. Comunque letto comodo e pulizia appena sufficiente. Cena non merita lode e trattamento del personale così così

L’hotel nel complesso, sebbene al di sotto di come viene presentato, è senza infamia e senza lode. Perdere mezz’ora in sala colazioni perché c’è solo una persona che serve e prepara le colazioni(almeno presumo visto che tra un servizio e l’altro sparisce a lungo) può essere accettabile se sei in vacanza. Per lavoro vi consiglio altro. A Campobasso c’è poco ma gli altri due li ho provati entrambi e sono meglio di questo.

Sono una persona con una disabilità motoria da tutta la vita e non ho mai dovuto affrontare così tanti problemi come alloggiando in questa struttura. L'esperienza È stata la più frustrante ed umiliante che io abbia vissuto nella vira. Sapevo che la camera in questione non sarebbe stata attrezzata per le mie esigenze ma proporre come soluzione un bagno unico per tutti su un piano, e anche la peggior soluzione che si possa attuare. Aumentare le difficoltà di chi ne ha già a sufficienza non è la politica giusta per mantenere la clientela. Non ho assolutamente apprezzato l'atteggiamento riscontrato nella maggior parte del personale, nei confronti delle persone con disabilità. Ricordatevi che in primis noi siamo persone prima di essere disabili.
