It's a rather basic hotel and I'm surprised it has a 4* rating. I feel it's rating is based on "facilities" ie it has a pool (which I didn't use) and not on service. It is clean and tidy and surrounded by beautiful scenery and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food however was average at best and inedible at worst. Friends that had meat options said they were ok however one who had a fish dinner basically had bones and very little fish. As a veggie I'm used to not having many options however 1 night the veggie main course was low quality cheese, a bread stick and some jam. Another night we were served bland brown water with lumps of potato and onion (supposedly soup) followed by a greasy deep fried aubergine with cold veg both I couldn't eat. Breakfast was ok but things ran out quickly and items were not quickly replenished. I feel they were very understaffed. Our patience was tested one night when Rolling In The Deep was played on repeat for nearly 2 hours in the restaurant and bar and the music was only changed after speaking to 2 separate members of staff.

I had read some reviews that had made me a little doubtful about this structure, but after staying there we pleasantly changed our minds! The staff is very kind, the food is good (the breakfast tarts are amazing!) and there are many services. It seems more like a 3 star than a 4, but you can't complain about anything! Also super flexible because we traveled with our dog, who we were able to bring with us to dinner and breakfast, something that in many hotels that pass themselves off as pet friendly they don't allow you to do!

Hotel with great potential, the managers are not from the area, they are very friendly and nice, the cleanliness is top, the spa area is nice what is missing is that "touch" of Tyrolean flavor usual in these parts ... furnishings curtains for example and a little more warmth of wood, as regards the wellness area the same speech, a perfume, some essence never hurts in the pools and saunas, the external hydromassage would require a shelter from the looks of those arriving from the parking lot, I repeat the hotel has great potential that with a minimum investment could receive exceptional reviews and certainly make guests return

We stayed at this hotel from Epiphany to January 11th. We couldn't have found better hospitality. Alessandro and Susanna, the managers, were very kind, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay in this facility with our lively children aged 3 and 5 during the August holiday period. Once we got over the initial surprise for the oriental management, we found ourselves very well in this facility, large and clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff, swimming pool and central location are definitely the plus points. The cuisine needs to be reviewed, but given the period and the cost of other facilities in the area, we were satisfied with the holiday.
