Hotel não condiz com as fotos. Fiz reserva para quarto família pra 3 pessoas. Chegando no quarto (114) vejo um quarto sujo, com traças nas paredes, mofo nos banheiros, cheiro de roupas sujas, caindo aos pedaços. Alem de barulhento (estava com uma crianca)Totalmente diferente das fotos. Inconformada, solicitei a troca do quarto. Para ficar num andar mais alto, tive que pagar uma diferença de tarifa. Convenhamos, o quarto que nos colocaram deveria ser interditado por motivo insalubre !
