This hotel has very basic rooms, no hot water and the wifi works occasionally. The breakfast is an absolute surprise, it has a large variety and is very good. But the the rest is way below expectations. There are much better alternatives in Campo Grande.

Na recepção tivemos uma experiência terrível, ao cúmulo de pessoas furando fila de atendimento de check-in e a equipe de atendimento nada faz, um desrespeito total, ao questionar o acontecido pelo atendente, fez pouco caso e disse que se precisasse reclamar era só preencher a ficha de reclamação. Onde a mesma não é depositada em nenhuma urna (engraçado, né?), entregamos para o outro atendente que provavelmente vai jogar fora!

Hotel bastante funcional! Ficamos apenas duas diárias para compromissos profissionais... CG é uma cidade pequena, onde tudo fica perto,. e o hotel estava bem localizado dos bons restaurantes e das praças. Ficou tudo muito funcional mesmo, Cheguei pela madrugada e a recepção foi celere. Estrutura boa do quarto, limpeza super boa e cafe da manha muito bem servido. Pude ainda, num dia entrar na piscina, tendo recebido toalhas para tal e estava 100%, muito bacana! Gostei e recomendo.

O hotel não dá vontade de voltar para casa e isso é um ótimo sinal. Café da manhã excelente, com cuidados totais em higiene, variado, organizado e saboroso, sobretudo os bolos. Wi fi e a ducha são ótimos, a decoração é linda por dentro, o jardim interno também é lindo. A TV é cheia de canais. O quarto é grande e silencioso. Os funcionários são gentis. Sou exigente mas dou as 5 estrelas, entretanto, preciso destacar 3 pontos que quase me fizeram tirar uma estrela: a parte externa não condiz com a beleza do interior, em um dia não houve limpeza no meu quarto e na reserva fui informado que no dinheiro e no pix haveria desconto, mas ele era somente em dinheiro, a sorte foi que tínhamos naquele momento.

Hotel é bom, tem boas instalações, o quarto é bom, tem uma piscina bem legal. O staff é bem atencioso e prestativo. O café da manhã é bom, tem variedade no cardápio. Senti falta de suco natural de frutas. Tem uma parte atrás com um jardim e brinquedos, agradável para os pequenos. Fiquei apenas uma diária.
