The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were nice and took good care of me. The dinner (tagliatelle ragú and fish with celery puree) was amazing.

Hotel messed up on our booking, therefore two guests in our group had to be relocated to another hotel. They were i formed on check out that they would not need to pay for the evening meal due to the inconvenience caused, and then 3 days after checking out the hotel chased for payment of the meal, which we refused to pay and the resulted in some not very nice emails from the owners at hotel Lener. The food in the hotel Lener restaurant was appalling, smaller than kids portions but charged expensive prices. Had to asked for more spaghetti colognes due to how tiny the portion was and all they brought was a bit more spaghetti, with no bolognese. We will not be using this hotel for future trips to Italy.

Very nice and excellent hotel. We had a very pleasant stay, with two nights and half board, on our way to Lake Garda. We can highly recommend this hotel, it's very high quality and value for money. Both breakfast and especially the dinner were high quality and nice to see some local dishes on the menu, and the possibility to chose between different dishes on all courses. The staff were so friendly, the place clean and the room had great view to the mountains. Both days of our stay we took the "lifts" to different mountain tops, and hiked on the roof of the sky. Before dinner we went to the pool, and relaxed after the hikes.

Flew into Munich, visited Neuschwanstein castle and arranged for a one night stay at Wirtshaus & Hotel Lerner on our way to Manarola. Very friendly, hardworking family that made you feel right at home. Nice patio with tables for gathering friends for a drink. Ate dinner and breakfast there and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. If you want to stay in a nice , cozy hotel with friendly people and good food- this is it.

Hotel Lener is great for staying near the Austrian border and enjoying the beauty and peace of South Tyrol. The structure is well maintained, the outdoor spaces are liveable, and there is also a playground for the little ones and an indoor games room. The swimming pool is a bit small but nice, the sauna must be booked. You can access the wellness area from early morning to evening after dinner. The really special thing, for train enthusiasts or luxury travel enthusiasts, is the possibility of sleeping in a suite set up on an original Orient Express carriage. The details are very accurate and outside you can enjoy a small terrace and a corner of the private garden. To give to someone special!

Cute hotel in a quiet area. Single room of decent size with plenty of storage, making it very efficient. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh seasonal fruits and plenty of options. The pool is nice as well. Parking is easy. Would stay again!
