English: Average hotel, for a 4 star nothing exciting. In the hotels we usually frequent, the Spa and the pool with the exception of treatments, are free to access, here not everything with extra payment. Management of the restaurant spaces for breakfast very limited, with waiting for the dispensing of hot drinks which are self service; in a 4 star hotel the service should be at the table. Continuous change of staff in the dining room where there was practically a different waiter every day. But the thing that left us most stunned was the management of the virus problem that practically affected all the guests, some more than others. Arriving on Monday, the management did not give us any information regarding the virus that was now circulating in the hotel and in the town, and only after the mayor's order on Tuesday, in which it was mandatory to boil the water before use, was this order displayed on the reception counter, without the management having the foresight to directly inform each guest of this problem. The result was that we were 4 people and we all got infected, ruining our days of stay. I think there is nothing else to add.

Hotel with excellent location and structure. Free parking adjacent. Honestly for several aspects it does not reflect the category of a 4 star ... Mediocre cuisine .. With poor service outside of Nicola who was the best of the staff, for friendliness, organization and preparation. Paid swimming pool for both adults and children both indoor and outdoor ... Usually included in 4 stars. Clean hotel, friendly staff. We only feel like reporting that the entertainers propose games that are not exactly educational (for example throwing cubes) ...

English: The quality of the structure and the service offered does not reflect the 4 stars. The portions at the restaurant are embarrassing: often meager/very meager (and you could even ask for half a portion, which would be equivalent to not eating) and different in quantity between different diners (at the same table or at different tables). The quality of the dishes offered is sufficient, but never memorable. The head waiter is often rude and rude, while the chef should perhaps change jobs. Often at the appetizer buffet, the foods offered the day before are reused in a not-so-subtle way and the same goes for the cakes at the dessert buffet. The items at the dessert buffet are not adequately and quickly replaced when they run out. The room is clean and sufficiently spacious and furnished, but the bathroom is of the second-rate category: poor lighting, no slippers/bathrobes (although there is a mini-spa), shower drain without grate, shower support pipes without caps (perhaps only in some hotels frequented for work have I found such approximation). The bar is NEVER manned: at any time you have to wait and/or call someone who can fulfill your order. The bathroom in the common areas is located in the basement and I find this inconvenient, especially for elderly or disabled people. The hours of the restaurant services advertised at the reception do not correspond to those actually practiced. Availability and kindness of (almost) all the staff. Excellent location, large parking available. A special praise to the waiter Alessandro.
