The rooms were big and great. You had a lounge area and then the bedroom. Great big comfortable bed with a balcony. The breakfast wasn't great. Some staff speak English. It's a good location, not far from Centro. Next to a nice little park where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. A supermarket is next door to the hotel on the corner. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast is mainly western food, but it is very commendable that when I feel a little bit of appetite when I turn around, a male waiter actually sent a bowl of hot instant noodles and put another egg. I thought about it the night before. If you can eat more happiness in the past few days, I really hope, accident, and praise the waiter. The hotel's other services are also very good, the room is clean and fresh, very atmospheric.

I spent a night and I was tired so I was not very detailer, the app environment is half old but did not disturb me, I had a little difficulty to remember that the card was freeing energy from the app, the phone should have a number to ask at the reception. I was a little disturbed by my bed, I'm used to the softest cut, but it was good!

Hotel bom e confortável, mas carece de atenção na MANUTENÇÃO das suítes. Como estava com esposa e PET, a ÚNICA OPÇÃO disponível era OBRIGATORIAMENTE a suíte com banheira no SEGUNDO ANDAR. Isso não é informado na ficha do hotel no APP. Como dizia PET FRIENDLY, eu fiz uma reserva em apt casal (sem banheira) e tive que CANCELAR para REFAZER A RESERVA. Mas isso eu SÓ SOUBE QUANDO LIGUEI PARA O HOTEL PARA CONFIRMAR A RESERVA ! Cancelei, e fiz uma nova reserva na SUÍTE CASAL COM BANHEIRA. Quando minha esposa foi usar a banheira, começou a VAZAR ÁGUA EM TODO O BANHEIRO, obrigando a PARAR DE USAR e solicitar uma TROCA DE QUARTO… Só que NÃO TINHA MAIS SUÍTE COM BANHEIRA no segundo andar (único “andar pet”… nunca vi isso). Solução ? Ou passar para um APT 2 CAMAS SOLTEIRO (nunca trocaria uma cama king por 2 de solteiro) ou DEIXAR O HOTEL. Não me ofereceram mais opções. Então EU QUE TIVE QUE PERGUNTAR QUAL OUTRA SOLUÇÃO. Desligaram e me retornaram 10 minutos depois. Não iria sair às 20:00 da noite para procurar outro hotel, então tive que ficar e CONVIVER COM O PROBLEMA. O hotel se limitou a dar de ”cortesia” a diária pet (75,00). Não gostei mas não tinha o que fazer. Prós: - cama king maravilhosa - travesseiros maravilhosos - ar condicionado excelente - rede Wi-Fi boa - chuveiro bom (que TAMBÉM VAZOU ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO) - café da manhã muito bom - localização em área nobre da cidade Contras: - falta JOGO DE CINTURA PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS - banheiro SEM NEMHUMA MANUTENÇÃO Lamentável.

New hotel but needs a new painting, maintenance.
The room was excellent, the bed and the shower were excellent, and there was tea, coffee and water for the courtesy.
The ”restaurant” is tight and with the reception, which ends up generating a rug and a budget hotel.
Breakfast is very tasty and complete.
Free parking.
It reminded me of the contemporary or ibis, a high daily value for a hotel of the category! But it is comfortable and cosy.

GGuest UserI always like to highlight the first positive points. In the case of this hotel, breakfast (it is egg frit at the time if requested) and the room is like flat with room and kitchen. Otherwise, the internet didn't work for much as I complained. I just switched. The hotel is in front of a square with many floors and possibly addicted. I couldn't walk around the night. I thought it was dangerous. Most old furniture and bathrooms. It's just about to spend a night until it goes, but more than that, I don't recommend. 20'reals of Uber to the shopping Iguatemi and 25 to the airport.

GGuest UserI had very bad experience in check in and check out, pq I made the booking and when I arrived at the hotel my booking was not located and the attendant informed q could include it, the q seemed strange because q would make out of the booking, in addition to the wrong booking, the same attendant confirmed me q in the value of my price was included coffee, but when checkout the attendant charged me the value of 76 reals of the morning coffee, I was very rude and thick to me qdo I informed q my price was looking at the morning coffee.

Very well located, very large suite (being an old hotel that is an advantage) with few rooms in each floor and comfortable beds as well as a group of staff who from the reception to the ladies of breakfast all treated me very well and very well You have a supermarket nearby with great prices if you want to buy something and various bus points that will take you to anywhere in the city. Thank you for all the attention you have received, certainly when I come back to Campinas will be my stay again!

GGuest UserThe fourth was apparently reformed shortly, but the reform was made in any way and the ceiling is infiltrated, the bathroom box vacuum water leaving the floor of the bathroom well wet. The breakfast service was very good, but the night service was bad, first the attendant did not report information such as the reception and timetable. frokost and internet password, information that they had not on Wednesday, the bath floor tape was very dirty, I went to the reception exchange and told me that someone would take another to me in the room, I had to return to the reception because no one came and did not go to the room, they never asked for excuse or seemed to care about the problem.

GGuest UserIt was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

GGuest UserToday 14/03/2023 I called several hotels in search of the best price to allocate my technician to training in Campinas. Of the 4 places I called, Mariana was the only one who attended me with education and very requesting to help me. People like that should work at the hotel reception!

I hired the flat monthly package, said I would work at home office and I needed peace, unfortunately, it was all I had not! The building's sound is very bad, the front neighbor had a dog that was not stopped to swallow. I called on the reception but the official was very thick with me and did not solve the problem. To worse the situation, the neighbor of the side pulled mobiles and cast objects on the ground! The academy is very weak. There are almost no devices. And when I tried to use the building was a disorder. The region is not attractive and is very dangerous.

GGuaturaFor those who know Campinas: well located, near the road and the center. For those who do not know Campinas: is in a dangerous place, risky walking alone. New apartment, all refurbished. I just didn't like the bathroom door, which is glass. Good breakfast, I read some negative comments and I think they are old.. I had even mexed egg, cold, cake, more than one type of juice, cereals, fruit, etc, like any hotel. Two negative points: 1)parking, in fact, not available. There are about 4 or 5 vacancies in front of the establishment, insufficient for the rooms. My suggestion: come before, around 12 and walk in the centre until check in.. This is the way you save money with third-party parking. 2)Check-in time: 14 hours! It's too late ... Since the exit is 11.. small rooms do not require so much time for cleaning, that is not even perfect. I would like to see the Commission's proposals for a new programme for the Community's financial assistance.
