The hotel is a good option for location and in terms of amenities offered. Staff is attentive but non-intrusive. My requests at check-in and check-out were attended (nothing major asked but still a good point taken). Breakfast is small but has a good variety overall; products were fresh and they even had kosher, lac-free options. cleanliness was on point. Wi-fi had a free option which was sometimes interrupted but enough for regular usage. bathroom was a good size, shower pressure was good and temperature set accordingly. I got a room on the far left of the hotel and thus had another building right at me, it didn't bother me but is is something to take in account. neighbourhood seems pleasant enough if not a bit empty throughout the day and night.

The room is OK, the space is about 20 flat, the table is quite big. The hotel's breakfast is also OK, there are different kinds of eggs to choose from, there are juice, cheese, cakes and the like, the juice seems to be freshly squeezed juice

The reception is very good and the check-in and check-out is very fast. In addition to the mant has edredom and other types of trailer that can be requested at the reception. The hotel is well located, very close to the centre of the living, with very close sugar bread available for shopping and various restaurant options around. I would host again, and the breakfast was good, though the bread and cheese bread were more salt than I was used to, and the cakes were heavy.

As I was at an event in Alphaville Campinas, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Broad parking (my only criticism is about the charge of the parking), clean and cosy room with good structure. Breakfast with good options (may have a little more fruit). I recommend stay.

A fairly large contemporary corporate hotel. However, a very pleasant stay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and decent shower! All immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast with vast choice! Decent gym and a nice pool (used both). 2 restaurants - both excellent with good food and service. We ate in both. Bar is almost non-existent in front lobby. Overall - excellent value for money - very reasonably priced. Would certainly stay again.

The WiFi in this hotel is the worst I have ever seen in the world. If you need work, don't stay in this hotel. Because the WiFi in this hotel can't even send messages, let alone be used for Internet conferences. Don't I understand that upgrading WiFi is expensive? Why not be willing to upgrade your WiFi signal

Wonderful hotel, comfortable beds, good dressing, service I would like to highlight and thank the booking manager Priscylla, the coffee maker Helena, Maria Eduarda, the boy of the drink Alan and the wonderful girls of the cleaning of the 5th. And walking, sought and extremely educated, made the difference in our stay at the hotel. ; negative points I emphasise a Mrs. of coffee I think q was the responsible was not educated qdo asked about a cardapio item and the reception staff that leave a little to desire.
