經濟實惠，早餐選擇多，但人實在太多了，吃早餐都坐滿，而且不要住在電梯門口，不隔音，有些人半夜退房或者入住，會很吵。其他都還ok的，性價比高

É um bom hotel, mas o atendimento teve alguns pênaltis. Na hora do check-in não encontraram o pagamento que eu já havia feito e quiseram me cobrar de novo, foram alguns minutos desagradáveis até resolver isso. O setor de reservas precisa estar mais atento, um erro pequeno pode causar um grande transtorno no dia de quem viaja cansado e precisa passar rápido pelo check-in.
Outra falha foi ter que descer até a recepção para acessar o cardápio do restaurante, estamos na era do QR code, um adesivo ao lado do telefone já colocaria o cardápio em todos os quartos, acabamos ignorando o restaurante do hotel e pedindo Ifood, o restaurante do hotel deve perder muitas vendas operando dessa forma.
