Contratei o pacote mensal do flat. Disse que iria trabalhar em home office e que precisava de tranquilidade. Infelizmente, foi tudo o que não tive ! A acústica do prédio é muito ruim. A vizinha da frente tinha um cachorro que não parava de latir. Reclamei na recepção mas o funcionário foi muito grosso comigo e não resolveu o problema. Para piorar a situação, a noite, o vizinho do lado arrastava móveis e jogava objetos no chão ! A academia é muito fraca. Quase não tem aparelhos. E quando tentei usar a lavanderia do prédio foi um transtorno. A região não tem atrativos e é muito perigosa. Enfim, não recomendo nem para um fim de semana !
