Pros: Excellent customer service. Family friendly environment. Good breakfast. Cons: beds are little and not very comfortable. Hotel is a little outdated (needs some renovations). Douglas is the best. He always try to make you feel at home and happy during your stay.

Excellent service! Check-in and check-out with super attentive receptionists. The bed is wonderful and the duvet is super soft, the room is super spacious. Breakfast with variety and very tasty. I will be back to stay again!!!!!!!

Excellent hotel located in the Cambuí neighborhood. A student recommended the Cambuí neighborhood for my trip and it really is a very quiet neighborhood with a choice of bars and restaurants, I believe it is one of the best and safest in Campinas. The hotel is comfortable and has large apartment-style rooms, with a kitchen equipped with a microwave, table, sofa, and a bedroom with a closet and a television with cable channels. All hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Simple but delicious and varied breakfast, with a choice of cakes and breads, yogurts, coffee, natural juice, fermented milk. Furthermore, the hotel's value for money is excellent compared to other hotels of the same category in the Cambuí neighborhood, a fair price. The only caveat: In the bedroom there were broken floors at the entrance to the bathroom, risking cutting your foot, and the door leading to the living room was broken near the handle, making it impossible to close, which allows the air conditioning to escape into the rest of the apartment. . When we arrived there was only one set of towels in the room (1 for bath and 1 for face), so we asked to bring one more, but we had to ask three times, so it only arrived the next day and we had to share the towel. I would definitely return to Vitória Residence! Very good stay.
