É o terceiro evento que realizo , e sem dúvidas o melhor atendimento. Em especial Denise que desde o primeiro contato foi super gentil e sensível com o evento. Principalmente pq nosso evento é uma imersão espiritual… Foi tudo perfeito . Desde o atendimento dela , o cuidado excepcional da Maiara que cuidou tb de cada detalhe . Já deixamos a data do próximo evento . Só tenho que agradecer mesmo toda equipe maravilhosa! Parabéns

De longe o melhor hotel da região. E um resort urbano. Excelente infra-estrutura. A piscina térmica abrigada é, a meu ver, o ponto alto desse hotel. Tem cachoeira, uma ótima hidromassagem e 3 niveis de altura de águas. Muito bonita mesmo. Meus filhos pequenos amam essa piscina. Além disso há uma ótima piscina aberta, quadras de futebol, tênis, área kids com monitores, academia de musculação, ping pong, sinuca etc etc. Quarto excelente, ótima televisão a cabo. Cama king size. Pessoal de reservas, recepçào, garçons todos sempre muito atenciosos e educados. A profissional de reservas Pryscilla sempre me atende muito bem, com excelência e rapidez. Comida espetacular - carnes nobres, massas especiais, tudo muito bom. Café da manhã farto e diversificado. Horários estendidos nas refeições. Finalmente, fácil de estacionar. Em paralelo a tudo isto, um preço extremamente justo para tudo o que oferecem. O Hotel Premium é o meu hotel predileto e o de minha família. Nesse hotel percebe-se haver a atenção para"o detalhe". Há protocolos a serem seguidos. Me parece um hotel escola, de excelência. Algo raro no meio. Único problema é que vc precisará reservar com boa antecedência, pois é muito concorrido. Afinal, noticia boa circula rápido, não é ?

Desde 2003 que somos hóspedes no Hotel Premium Campinas, já fomos em 13 Réveillon, como não falar bem de um lugar que é perfeito para se hospedar, equipe atendimento nota 10, equipe do restaurante nota 10. Todas as vezes que fomos nos hospedar lá no HP foi satisfatório, esse ano no Réveillon tivemos algumas surpresas maravilhosas que superaram nossas expectativas, o gerente e equipe vendas são profissionais de alta competência, enfim RECOMENDO!

É a quarta vez que me hospedo com minha família nesse hotel. Ele possui um custo-benefício excelente. A alimentação é maravilhosa, boas opções de diversão para as crianças e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. A atendente Priscila foi muito gentil quando fiz a solicitação da reserva e deixou um brinde de aniversário no meu quarto. Recomendo.

Minha experiência no Hotel Premium foi excepcional! O atendimento é um grande diferencial: todos os funcionários demonstraram simpatia, eficiência e disposição constante em ajudar. A estrutura para eventos merece destaque especial, com ambientes espaçosos, organizados e equipados adequadamente, mantendo o alto padrão tradicional que esperamos em eventos corporativos. Além disso, a alimentação foi surpreendente, com pratos variados, saborosos e bem preparados, reforçando aquela velha máxima: qualidade nunca sai de moda.
