The good: Clean Nice rooftop terrace Centrally located in the old city The bad: No windows Wifi is only theoretical- never connected Bar next door plays loud music until 2 am. Unless you have excellent ear plugs, plan on sleeping during the day, the noise permeates the entire hotel, there are no quiet rooms.

Our room was next to the Reception Desk on the ground floor. Unbearable noise from loud talking and laughing all through the evening. Was very annoying. We moved to the 2nd floor the next day. The clerk 'Alejandro' was not motivated and did not tell us anything about the hotel etc... Our room has no view! Another disaster Hotel

We found the motel to be a good place to stay while in Campeche. It was convenient to the City Central and 50 peso taxi from the ADO station. You are staying in a locals environment which might not appeal if you like 5 star hotels but we were very happy with our stay. Limited English on the staff but very helpful. Coffee and pastry each morning at the front desk. Did not try the pastry but really like the coffee! Would stay here again and no reservation in recommending.

Room very very small !! Wifi weak very very weak ! They give me a key card for my room and i could open every rooms of the hotel !! SECURITY Weak The personal not too welcoming and make me going down 2 stairs for getting password of the WEAK WIFI !! Why do they put the password in the room ????????????????????? Really !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Non ci sono ne finestre e ne balconi. Appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto di darci una stanza con almeno una finestra ma mi hanno risposto che tutto l’hotel aveva le stanze senza finestre . Premesso che siamo arrivati alle 15.30 e la ns stanza non era pronta , c’è ne hanno data una di fronte alla reception. Siccome pioveva per guardare quando smetteva dovevamo aprire la stanza e guardare fuori. Ovviamente con limitazione anche della nostra privacy . Inoltre in camera non c’era neanche una sedia o un armadio . Sconsigliato . Ottimo solo per la posizione .

Excelente atención por parte de la recepcionista Monserrat Estefania Una habitación cómoda quizá un poco más de atención en cuánto a desayuno o una piscina lo digo por el costo puedo decir que está ligeramente elevado pero lo que hace la diferencia es la recepcionista Monserrat y el señor que me atendió a mi llegada pero no recuerdo su nombre está gordito

Tuve la oportunidad de viajar con mi esposo a Campeche por aniversario de bodas somos de león al llegar fue muy grato el recibimiento que tuvimos de la recepción la señorita Yenifer nos atendió y nos brindó una gran atención nos mostró varios restaurantes donde celebrar nuestro aniversario hizo la reservación e incluso nos apoyo con tour a Calakmul al día siguiente una experiencia mágica el lugar y la atención sin duda alguna al final de la instancia se ocupó por el servicio al aeropuerto una felicitación al hotel por tan buen servicio al cliente y a la señorita alemán en especial esperemos regresar pronto

Muy buen lugar empezando por el area de recepcion la señorita yenifer una persona muy amable nos explico todo lo que teniamos que saber de Campeche desde que llegamos el trato fue super especial sin duda es.muy buena en su área el hotel muy limpio y sobre todo muy comodo esta todo cerca del hotel asi que no hubo ningun problema por movernos

es un hotel estilo Colonial en el corazón de Campeche, las camas son tremendamente cómodas y los chicos de recepción estuvieron muy atentos a mis peticiones desde el momento de realizar la reserva. lo recomiendo mucho.
