Naturally Pacific Resort

Great service and excellent spa and dinning experience! Well kept grounds. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The service number upon checkin is very helpful with everything and anything . Highly recommend to everyone looking for accommodation, spa, and dining . We enjoyed out staycation at Naturally Pacific Resort !

We spent two nights at Naturally Pacific and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The bed and pillows were the best and we had two nights of deep sleep. Service was generally excellent but the most pleasant surprise came from Chef. We were exhausted on our return from the day and asked if we could have two dining room meals sent to our room. They arrived hot and the presentation was outstanding. The food itself was superb and so delicious. You just can’t get better service than what we had. We’re not golfers but will definitely return for another stay. Well done team!

A breathtaking resort with attentive staff, a huge beautiful room, melty bed, stunning views of the golf course, a pool, hot tubs, gorgeous outside seating areas with fires and romantic music. I wish I could have tried the spa! The Carve restaurant was so classy and modern and the food was delicious! I was treated like royalty.

The hotel is obviously new and, along with the golf course, presents immaculately. We were thoroughly impressed. There are little details that demonstrate that there were no shortcuts attempted when designing and decorating the hotel and grounds. This is all very well done. The staff are great. The golf course is an absolute treasure - no expense spared - the landscaping and maintenance would make world-class resorts envious. An absolute treat. The one area where we were a little disappointed was the onsite restaurant (Carve). Given that the the Campbell River area is world famous for salmon/fish/seafood, we were puzzled that the restaurant's specialty was beef. As a marketing professional, I would actually be interested in the logic for the decision to go in that direction. Campbell River does not appear to have a whole lot of better quality seafood restaurants either so it may be that, paradoxically, there isn't local product availability. As I say, I would be interested in your perspective on this. In the the Maritimes, even the smallest villages have great little local fish, lobster, crab and seafood restaurants. Notwithstanding the above, we felt that a couple of value priced wine options would have been appreciated by us in Crave. As I recall, there were no 5 oz wine-by-the-glass options that were less than $20 each. We stuck to beer. As a brown ale guy, there were no draft options in that red/brown ale sector for me. Velocity had the local Ember Red Ale which was terrific and I was not quite sure why Carve didn't carry that. On that note, we ate at Velocity twice and it was fantastic. The server we had both times was friendly and engaged - top notch and the food we had was of the best quality of pub food we have ever had. The cauliflower wings are fantastic. The only other little niggle was the speed of the main elevators in the hotel. They are the old school hydraulic type and are very slow given that they serve 4, or is it, 5 floors. When I shared a cab most people commented on the slowness of the elevator. I don't think there is much that can be done at this point but it was certainly the only thing in the 4 days we were at the resort where I could honestly say a short cut was used in construction/design. Hopefully we will be back and I will certainly be mentioning the resort to friends and family for a base for staying and exploring the area. Great value. Many thanks.

Beautiful new hotel overlooking the water and mountains, room was large with great bed. Loved the pool and hot tub, didn’t try the fire pits but the restaurant was fabulous (separate review). Staff were helpful and polite, would definitely recommend this place for those that want a bit of luxury during their tour of VI.

The resort is beautiful, the location is not. Located on the outskirts of a not so lovely part of Campbell River it is no where near the ocean, nature nor is it walkable to anything interesting. Do not choose a waterview room as you will look over a noisy road and the water view is very distant. Choose mountain view and you will over look the golf course. This resort is focused on the golfer. Parking is out front and not secure - you have to sign a waiver to park here. The rooms are large with lovely modern decor and Molton Brown bathroom products. We heard the doors and talking in the hallways. Ask for the 5th floor as there is noise transfer. We could hear people walking and moving things above us. When the staff cleaned the room above it was very loud as the vacuum seemed to be coming through our ceiling. Use the amenities because you’ll pay a resort fee here. Staff are attentive and do service your room each day which is very nice. The 55” tv allows you to sign in to your apps and watch programming like PRIME easily in your room. We used the pool and hot tub and both were very nice. We enjoyed the outdoor seating with the fireplaces. We expected a setting that would include the beautiful nature found in the area - this is not that which is too bad. The Carve restaurant is very expensive and we did not choose to eat there. We also did not use the spa here so cannot comment
