Naturally Pacific Resort

This resort is amazing!! So shocking to find in Campbell river! The golf course is so beautiful and well maintained! The rooms were luxurious, nice beds and comfy pillows. The restaurant carve was probably the best I’ve had on the island! The service was fantastic at all the amenities!! Can’t wait to go back again!

I have three or four messages in advance of our stay at the hotel about finding out the wine list at the restaurant. No one has called me back yet, not a good start trying to make sure we have some nice wine for my wife’s birthday celebration. makes me nervous when no one gets back for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It is well laid out and extremely clean. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful and there is a lot of outdoor seating with fire pits. The staff is over the top attentive and helpful. We had one small issue with our room at check in and it was handled promptly and professionally. Would definitely return!

We stayed a couple of nights and had a great experience. Staff were professional, rooms well appointed, and surroundings very nice. Our room was on the water side which we thought would be nice as we were there to see the coast. However, the view on the golf course side was beautiful. Plus it was much quieter and serene.

We arrived at 6:00 - 2 hours after check-in and our room wasn’t ready. We were offered a free drink in the lounge and told they didn’t know when it would be ready. We completed the regular check-in and decided to go check-out Campbell River. They said they would call when the room was ready. As I was leaving the hotel they charged the credit card $600 for incidentals for a room we didn’t have and that they didn’t know when we would have it. It really added insult to injury.At 8:00 we decided to return even though we did not get a call. They said they were just going to call us. They also told us we could have the free drink if we had it in the lounge but not at the casual dining venue at the hotel. I told the front desk staff that I would love to talk to the manager but never heard from him/her. So we got to our room 4 hours after check-in with basically no compensation. The room was spacious and clean. We had a balcony with ocean view but the ocean is very far away - no viewing wildlife from here. There is a construction site across the street and a lot of traffic noise if you are on the balcony. The building and property are very nice. There is an Arizona golf club feel. There is a small pool and hot tub. They were always crowded in the evening. There is a seating area with fire pits and a few outdoor games. The staff never greets you when you enter. They always are deep in work. When we went to check out, after never being contacted by the manager or being compensated for 4 hours of lost vacation time at the hotel, the front desk staff politely informed me that if housekeeping found anything missing from the fridge it would be deducted from the $600 incidental hold. Really? How much would they have charged me if I just neglected to check out at 11:00 and checked out with no notice 4 hours late? We travel a lot. A five star hotel is not just a pretty building. It is a friendly accommodating staff, attention to detail and an awareness of guest’s needs. This is far from that. This was a frustrating, oversell of a new property.

Recently spent one night at this new and amazing Resort in Campbell River. We were impressed form the moment we walked into the Resort. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was very nice, beds comfy and the decor very modern and contemporary. The Resort is built on a golf course, the grounds looked amazing, It rained so we were not able to venture out onto the grounds. The spa was the highlight for us gals. I have not seen a spa so well appointed, simply beautiful. The spa staff were amazing, they made our friend's birthday so special with very nice touches, we were just spoiled . Special shout out to Kathy at front reception, she was just the sweetest gal and was very attentive. Sue Ann and Nikki were fabulous, thank you both. We did have dinner in the dining room, the staff were very professional , friendly and most helpful. Dinner was very good and beautifully presented. Of note the resort is not close to any beach and the sea view was not close but you could see the ocean, and their is a construction site across the road ( no fault of the Resort)I think I would prefer the golf course view better We will definitely be returning

Lovely, new, clean, well-designed rooms. We were there for an extended stay, and the staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the conversational fire circles. We ate at the Velocity Lounge several times for tasty food, and at Carve for fine dining.

Lovely new resort building. The grounds are amazing, flowers everywhere. Loved the indoor pool and the spa outside. Dinner at Carve was exceptional. The salmon was perfect. Room was clean and new. We would however recommend choosing a view over the golf course rather than the sea to avoid the road and construction across the street. Also, the sea view is just a glimpse. Looking out over the garden and the golf course would be better.

Beautiful resort. Staff were very friendly and so attentive right from before check in with the fellas out front helping with baggage to check out. We enjoyed the pool and pool loungers, and enjoyed a few cocktails pool side which was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless which I really really appreciated. We ordered room service in the morning, and it was delivered to our room within about 15 mins. The food was delicious, and they nailed my medium poached eggs! We look forward to another stay-cation at The Naturally Pacific Resort
